This particular location gets 5 stars went in today to purchase 1lugnut for my vehicle and the gentleman that helped me out was kind enough to even go outside and put it on thank you very much amazing customer service

Normally pretty helpful staff. Good hours of operation, plus their prices are most times competitive. Their actual location is also very convenient as it is not too close to any other businesses to compete for a parking space.
By the way, I'm not sure what the franchise policy is but other locations say they can't come outside for check engine light or battery check if only 1 person is working or if its raining so be mindful of that!

My trip to AAP turned from a bad experience to a happy ending. The battery in my car went out and after getting a jump and taking it here, I met Ciera at the front desk. She is the best and the most efficient worker with the right knowledge, experience, great personality, very kind and fixed it all quickly! I will go back for any problems to this place and this lady first and foremost!

Worst customer service. I came looking for an item that another store said they had an inventory here. The manager demanded a part number before he could find it. I looked it up on their website and gave him the part number but that he wasn't happy with that. He finally looked it up on his own website and then found the item in the store. Overall a very frustrating experience.

I'm always going to Advance Auto Parts for anything my car needs. Was not happy with the female employee that attended me today. I felt right from the start she didn't want to help me out. She told me to go grab the oil myself and she would get the oil filter. Didn't mind getting the oil but couldn't find the one I was looking for, so instead of bothering the female employee I decided to check online if they had it in stock, they did, so I went to the employee and told her if they had the oil I was looking for and she said" no, the only ones we have are the ones that are on the shelf" so instead of arguing with her I told her okay thanks and left the store and went to O'Reilly Auto Parts and felt way more welcome. I will not be going to Advance Auto Parts anymore.

I went to Advanced Auto for a part that I didn't know the name of. Anthony was trying to help me find it on the computer but no luck. Jack came outside to my car to help me decide what parts I needed and was very helpful. Anthony saved the last big can of oxidizer for me while being outside. Both men were so friendly and eager to do their jobs, that alone made me feel like a valued customer. They have my continued business! A+

Anthony helped me more than anyone has ever helped me with anything ever. He is the best. I will follow Anthony for life, even if the power he has ends up corrupting him. Thank you for existing, Anthony!

The guys that work at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable car guys. I usually only go here because of that.

I needed a battery for my car. Luis was very nice and even though he was almost done for the day he took the time to help me with finding the right battery and ordering on line so I could get the discount.

Best auto parts store, even if it's not your closest one, it's worth the extra drive. Chris the manager is amazing at his job. Super knowledgeable and will help you with almost anything. Luis is right there as well as Ciera. Just good, hard working people that go above and beyond in the community.

The Rock Springs Rd location is hands down the best. Great manager that knows his stuff. Sometimes you take for granted how good one location is over others in a chain till you have to go in one of the others. That happened to me recently and made me value the team at this store all over again.

This is the best store in Apopka. The LA store is pretty terrible but unfortunately that's a hub store.

Staff was helpful. Can be pushy with female customers. It happens to me in most auto stores, not just AutoZone. It's annoying sometimes.
