I don’t usually give reviews, but today I visited the store for the first time to purchase a headlight bulb for my car which I needed to replace. I received an outstanding customer service from Erick V.that left a lasting impression on me. I explained the obstacle I was facing with my vehicle, he actively listened, asking insightful questions to fully understand the situation. To be honest what truly set him apart was his unwavering dedication to finding a solution for me. He demonstrated an impressive level of commitment to his work, making me feel confident that my problem would be resolved. I really hope that he gets a recognition for his great contribution to this company. From the bottom of my heart I truly appreciated his help.

Had some trouble replacing a back windshield wiper. At some point I had 3 guys with me trying to figure out how to fix my problem. Everybody went above and beyond smiling the whole time. Thank you! Will be back for all my car problems.

I was having issues with the clock in my car resetting every time I turned the car on. I realized it could be an issue with my battery so I brought my car in to Advance Auto Parts several weeks ago and I am so happy I did. I was honestly disgusted by what we found when the manager and I popped the hood to my car, apparently an animal had made a nest under the hood of my car. He cleared out all the remains of the nest for me, found some things that look like they were damaged by the animal and we replaced them, and I got a new battery. I feel like the service was over and above and I really appreciate all of the help that I received.

Great customer service. Purchsed parts online Advanced brand. The could not locate the receipt finally found was over 90 days took care of me with a store credit. Help is always friendly and more knowledgeable than chain auto parts store.

Ordered a battery for my Wife’s BMW X2 online intending for the store to install it. Unfortunately, they couldn’t because of liabilty issues. You know, BMW. I took the battery home, took the car apart and installed the battery myself. I had some issues putting all of the plastic that BMW stuffed under the hood back together so I called the store up and asked if they could help me do that. Mike, the employee that I spoke to earlier, said no problem. I drove the car back and we had it back together in no time. Mike was awesome and the store was as helpful as they could have been under the circumstances. Will continue to shop there moving forward.

I went in for a battery check and Michael O was extremely helpful. He wasn’t able to assist with the battery replacement as my car needs a computer reset once the battery is changed, but was able to recommend someone that could help. Super knowledgeable and nice guy!

Well located spare parts house for those of us who live in West Boynton Beach. They have a good assortment of all parts and from all car manufacturers. If they don't have something, they'll find it for you. Excellent attention from the employees, the whole place is very clean and well lit. 100% recommended.

I visited this location yesterday to replace a car battery. Was greeted immediately upon arrival and explained the options for my vehicle. Preformed the installation perfectly even though the old battery didn’t want to come out. The reason for writing this is the extra concern for my convenience and comfort shown by both the tech and manager. I am so sorry that I don’t remember names but I will be back and will recommend this location to everyone. Thanks again!
