After being treated poorly at a nearby O'Reilly store where they refused to install my wipers, I came to this store.

What a difference! From my arrival Michael was friendly and very helpful. He quickly looked up the correct wiper blades for my car and went to get them. Rather than ring me up at the register, he asked the other employee, Paola, to do it so he could go outside and start installing them. Paola was also very friendly and we had a nice conversation while Michael installed the wipers. In no time he was finished. The total time I was there was less than 10 minutes. A vastly better experience than the last place I went.

Definitely coming back here again. Good job!

Got wrong part and had to go back all they do is look at computers don't really know if giving you the right part better to take off if possible and bring part with you to compare so you can save yourself a headache of going back again and again

These guys were so helpful. I was changing my sons brakes and the pre-ordered part (different retailer) was broken and inoperable upon arrival. As I had flown down to fix this, I didn't have time to wait for another part. The guys and gal at the counter helped my wife swap out the part and get everything else I needed. Really friendly and knowledgeable. Everything that a DIY mechanic needs in their parts store people!

Came hear for lowering blocks, the staff was very helpful and friendly I wish I remembered her name as she is from Peru and was very charming, lol uncommon at auto part stores

The manager was the most helpful ever. Went to get new wipers for my car and had a difficult time just the right one. Accidentally bought the wrong one and with zero hesitation he was able to replace mine with the correct wiper, and even installed it for me. Would suggest this location to anyone.

Came in to change out an old battery. Nick was kind and friendly, answered all our questions and chatting with us while he quickly swapped them out.

I opted for silver which costed me $199 everything included.

Nick changed the battery of my mustang quickly and gave great advice on battery maintenance to avoid issues in the future. Exceptional service!

This is a great location to come to.
I had to come here a couple times and my experience with staff has been amazing.
A huge shout out to manager Mike he’s just such a nice guy, and definitely an asset to the company. Whenever I come here the staff has excellent customer service and you don’t see that too often these days so they really deserve recognition thank you so much I will be a return customer.

Bad service. I’ve been buying car batteries here my whole life (at least past 25 years) and it’s always the same with every store -employees and managers look for any excuse NOT to honor the warranty. Its almost as if the managers get a bonus or something when they don’t honor batteries warranty thereby forcing customer to repurchase a new battery. Today was the last battery I ever buy from advance.

If you're looking for absolutely professionalism or I highly recommend that you come inside here and asks all the questions you need answers to the people that work here are very helpful I have to save five star customer service absolutely.

18 year old kid helped me out with a new style wiper blade I've never seen. Kids these days don't want to work and this kid was friendly and helpful, great place!
