Edmundo was so helpful and really nice. I had a headlight out and he came outside and replaced the bulb for me. Very polite young man. He deserves a raise and promotion. Hard to find someone like him who goes the extra mile at work.

Manager here is an absolute jerk. Horrible attitude towards customers and his employees. I stopped going I'd rather pay full price at AutoZone then get something half off here. The Carquest location on 7th street has much friendlier staff.
Angel and coworker gave excellent customer service. I would go back if I need help solving my problem my car issue. Thank you two for the excellent customer service. My God continue for you two to that much concern and care the customers.
I never have any problems at other stores. I have always returned items that were not used. The worker named Lou has terrible customer service skills. This is the guy that looks like he’s a hamburger away from a heart attack. Corporate should go in there and re-structure of the whole store. You get the feeling that these guys just don’t wanna work. They be better off at McDonald’s. At least I know Lou would.
Awesome store, helped me with my wiper blades the best quality for the price with protection, even installed for me. Very friendly and helpful
That was the first time in years that I have went to auto advance because the customer service is horrible if it hadn't been for my son going over there I would have went then I like AutoZone they take up time with you they help you but these people in advance auto no this is the first time I ever found a good customer service person but I won't be going back
HORRIBLE, as usual had to wait ten minutes since only two people were working. One dude outside helping another customer and the other guy did NOT speak English. Once the one employee translated across the store to the non English speaking guy I found out after another ten minutes the sensor I needed had to be ordered! Just like EVERY OTHER item I've tried to purchase at many Advance stores. Went to O'Rieleys and picked up the sensor I needed ON SITE and almost $20 cheaper than Advance.
Angel always goes above and beyond to make sure I get the right parts.
