Great staff. Good parking. What makes this location are most definitely the STAFF members in their own way. I've been to many different AAP locations around the area and hands down. I've made this location my only one I go to.

2.2.23 update best place for parts you need for your car. Save an extra bit by ordering online but it's worth coming here and getting the RIGHT part as opposed to Amazon shipping the wrong one or Walmart shipping it to the wrong house and then saying it's the buyers fault somehow? Staff is friendly and the store is clean. Open past normal hours too for that emergency piece that you need in before you hafta drive to work in the morning! ;

I went there to get my battery changed. They were super helpful and took care of it right away.

Just stopped in for some spray carb cleaner. Found it on sale and was able to checkout quickly.

On August 17th closed very early, wouldn't let anyone in (a few people were outside). False advertisement and laziness. Won't be coming back to this location, you just lost a customer.

I went to Advanced auto with a problem I was having with a windshield fluid hose. Lissette helped me resolve the problem. Lissette is amazing! She has superior customer service skills and extremely friendly, very pleasant. Thank You Lissette and Advanced Auto

Online inventory is not accurate. Part I paid for and requested same day. Delivery is not even in stock. Had to be ordered from Hialeah then ship to that location which place my order 2 days later than the same day delivery that was guaranteed.

The worst customer service I have experienced, no communication, no pride in there work management ignoring customer with a problem more focus on talking with employees then customer satisfaction. Horrible employees.

Took quite a while to get battery installed though I bought when I was only customer in store.
Yet since it was sprinkling and one kid that could do job was at lunch I get it.
Super nice young man, truck started like a charm, I left.
Got Speed Perks so will be returning soon so as not to lose them!
