My Die Hard battery died a month before warranty expired. They tested it, provided me with a new one and promptly installed it. I was back on the road in no time. No questions, no sweat.
I needed a new battery on Saturday. An employee I believe named Kirk (according to the receipt) helped me. He was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable in helping me pick out a battery and then he replaced it for me.
Just wanted to come up here and say that Conner was awesome. I came in to get some oil for my Mercedes sprinter van and ended up having an issue. Conner was extremely helpful in helping me to resolve the issue and was super polite. Thank you Conner!

Went in for coolant and a replacement coolant cap. Unfortunately they didn't have the cap for my 2012 Toyota Sienna minivan in stock.
