Had some old oil sitting around the house that needed to be discarded so drove over. Very pleasant staff, showed me where I needed to go, very laid-back.
I was servicing a 2011 Chevy Cruze. You had all the filters in stock. I actually went to a competitor before arriving to your Clermont location, They had only one of the 3 filters I needed. Also the associate that help me was very well trained and quick. The only negative I saw was a sign at register stating " We can not take old motor oil due to a large influx of old oil coming in our barrels are full" That was strange. Sounds like the Location manager needs to get on the horn and get these things emptied.
Went to this location tonight after a busy day and realizing my battery must be bad, which in fact, was.long story short, Tristan went above and beyond to help me! He and his co workers were a pleasure to deal with and had so much patience with my car. They were friendly and exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend this location.
Tried getting a part warrantied that had a lifetime warranty (shocks) that started weeping and even though I had the date, amount and credit card it was purchased on they had no record and wouldn't warranty them. Very disappointed.
DALTON IS THE MAN. WHEN ALL ELSE FAILD HE WAS ON THE SPOT WITH THE PART I NEEDED. THANK YOU SO MUCH
Was in a pinch with my vehicle and needed to get to the dealer for diagnostic. My battery was dead and a new one was not charging but these guy let my borrow a battery, no questions asked, so I can drive to the dealer just down the road for warranty work instead of waiting for a tow. Very friendly and helpful people. Thanks a bunch!
They had Mcquires fiberglass oxidizer cleaner. IT WORKS ON MY RV GEL COAT. I have been trying everything. Easier than everything else and not to abrasive.
They had the specialty tool I needed. The store is well organized and the staff was friendly.
The young man that helped me was outstanding. Super knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated all he did.
I never usually use this store but in this particular case I can say they made the experience easy
I thank Kim and Carlos for their superior customer service and patience to handle my car battery situation soon after store opened. Kim knowledgeably answered all my questions and Carlos took an extra step to service the issue so that I can make it to work.
Best parts store in town. Better than the AutoZone for sure, and generally either has what you need or can get it. Rarely ever need to go to O'Reilly's or NAPA for even special electronics or unusual parts.
For the love of god please end partnership with DoorDash, I refuse to accept the orders you send me, Deliver the parts like you do yourself, stop wasting our time and ruining our acceptance rate throwing us low pay orders. Please go away!
This place is okay, slightly more expensive than the place I usually go. Only bad experience I've ever had was when about a week ago when I went in to buy a headlight-I have no idea how to change them out and someone usually helps me, and doesn't make me feel stupid for not knowing how-this time a girl who I've never seen before was working the counter and don't get me wrong she was super sweet but she didn't offer to help me with the headlight I just bought and I was too embarrassed to ask. I literally had to drive to another auto parts store, rebuy the bulb, and then thankfully they offered to replace it for me. I don't think I'll be coming back cause I don't know enough about cars lol
