12I bought a new battery for a 2022 Chevrolet 2500HD which came with 2 batteries. One of which is an auxiliary battery and the battery tech had no clue where it was. Sad! But after replacing the battery he could find it started right up. I also purchased a small charger for $215. Works great
Don't go into this advanced if your not of Hispanic decent, they won't even acknowledge you.that's just one experience here, don't even want to get I to the other times I went there.
Employees frequently change, and the recent addition, Leslie, has made my son quite uncomfortable. If handling Amazon returns and UPS packages is such a major concern for them, we're willing to explore other options. This experience also gives me a reason to reconsider purchasing my car parts from this establishment. It's disappointing that we haven't received the level of service we expected, and it feels like we're not being treated as valued customers but rather as subordinates.
I walk in second in line another black guy walks in behind me I gues he got tired of waiting as I waited ten minutes to be helped still no help yet while the lady helping a couple in front of me the black guy walks around behind the counter lady in the back seen him helps him without asking who is next in line! I was a long life customer till today. Sunday 8/20/2023.
Has my part in stock and very friendly. There was a wait because of the time but it's car parts who cares lol. Recommend
The staff here made my day. The manager, I think, (I wish I would have gotten his name) helped me thru my whole visit and at checkout he helped my wife and I out beyond any expectations. Thank you to that guy, he made a customer for life and I'll be sure to thank him in person when I see him next.
Not very helpful tried to get me to buy my parts for twice the price we found them on line
Very bad experience. 1/year ago I had a very bad experience with the manager and those who attended me at that time. Today December 2/23 (time 1: 30 pm) I return to have a battery checked that I bought from them on 06/23/22 and as always their shape is sooo I don't know RACIST? ARROGANT. The one who checked my battery, a Boricua with bearded glasses! Very rude. I only asked if it could be changed and he answered us very unpleasantly that he already knows me!? Obviously if I always buy them! If they are not happy with their work! My question is what are you doing working there? I REPEAT THEY HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN ME TERRIBLE ATTENTION! I think my $$$ is worth it. I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM WITH THE MANAGER AND THIS GUY. MUCH HOJO! You always have to give the Customer good ATTENTION and NOT BE SO RUDE AND RACIST. (Because of the treatment they have given me, what else can I think!? (PERSONALLY I AM VERY ANNOYING AND I DON'T WANT TO GO BACK TO THAT STORE. THEY ALWAYS TEST ME VERY BADLY. I'M ALREADY AFRAID TO ASK ABOUT THE FACES THEY PUT ON ME. I'M GOING TO MAKE THIS VIRAL. Because that TERRIBLE, RACIST AND ARROGANT treatment THEY GAVE ME IS FAIR AND NECESSARY!

I came here after work one day to get my battery looked at. I needed a jump and hobbled my vehicle to Advance. I had purchased one of the DieHard Gold batteries a couple years back and asked if it was still under warranty. To which Jeramy told me it was in fact still under warranty, after testing the battery we determined it was in fact the battery that was the problem.
Travas noticed there was some corrosion on the battery terminals and recommended some anti corrosion washers and some spray that is supposed to keep the corrosion at bay to prevent buildup in the future.
Travas and Jeramy both came outside and installed my battery for me. I was so thankful after a long day of work to not have to do it myself in the parking lot and get my clothes dirty as I was wearing a white button down.
Even though I have an Autozone closer to where I live I always go to Advance mainly because I have always recieved excellent service.
Thank you Travas and Jeramy and thank you Advance Auto for getting me mobile again and a painless experience for a stressful drive home from work.
Who you speak with here, it turns out, will determine whether or not the services advertised will be provided. I came in to get my battery tested and charged, and to get my alternator tested, only to be informed by Jorge there that 1, they do not charge batteries, even though I said I purchased it from Advanced Auto a month prior, and 2 I will need to remove the alternator to test it. I called AAA who came over and tested my Electric, battery was fine, Alternator was dying. Thankfully, Travas and Gianni were happy to help in testing and charging the battery, and verifying the warranty, to where I could get home and do Alternator repairs. Kudos to Travas and Gianni!
