I wonder why they call it advance auto. I bought some parts. Didn't make my car any smarter. The service was good. Prices good. Car? Not any more advanced than it already was. Same score on SAT. I didn't get a refund but they did give me a nifty shammy. She may be mediocre but she's shiny.

I'm a commercial account holder and went to the commercial counter to do a return. I was ignored for over 5 minutes and had to ask for help. Mr. Hernandez told me to go to the front or wait for him to make phone calls. I went to the front and it took 2 minutes for the return. Mr. Hernandez could have done my return and then proceeded with his phone calls. This is the only Advance auto store in my area that has horrible customer service.

I found what I needed, however, I was unable to understand or communicate with anyone here as everyone only spoke Spanish, I would not be able to order part from the counter here so for this stuff, I will find somewhere else to go, but for things on the shelf, it's fine. So for anyone coming here, keep this in mind or bring someone that speaks Spanish with you to get some assistance.

Too many unskilled ladies working there. With all do respect, cars, parts and engines are a man's profession.

They are very professional, although the prices are sometimes somewhat high
