I bought a new car battery. The man tested my battery, starter, and alternator and changed the battery for me. Excellent service!
Sold us a new battery which in April 2023 will be a year old. After install, which they did do for free, we drove about 7 miles, shut off the car to go in the store, and upon return, the car wouldn't start. Called AAA who came out to jump start us Their tester told us it was the battery. The alternator, and generator were fine. Some would say AAA would have sold us a battery and to be honest we asked, not the reverse, if he had one that would fit. He did not. Called Auto Zone, their response ", Bring it back and we'll put another battery in. " How nice. We had to walk home and get a tow truck in the morning. Still to come, will Auto Zone keep their word? Will we have to pay for tow truck? Auto Zone, if you treat all of your customers this way, you won't be in business much longer!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bunch of lazy guys that offered ZERO help to my "simple" fix. I will never return to this location again. Just RUDE!
