I take my car here to get my code read cause the employees are always helpful and ever rude or condescending in any way and they are close to my house.highly recommend!

James was awesome and super efficient! I needed my battery checked and replaced and I was in an out in 20 min! Highly recommend.

This place is Highly recommended if you need a quick drop off for a UPS drop off location! Isaiah was the one who helped me and he was so kind and courteous. I was extremely impressed by the customer service I received at this store yesterday. The manager James went above and beyond to help me figure out the issue with my battery and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't have the unusual bulb I needed for my motorcycle, but they tried so hard to match one manually.thank you for being so polite and putting in the effort. Nice change from the negative, rude and lazy people I encounter daily.

James is a very condescending that will talk to you like you never seen a car. After me telling him various times that what his computer was showing was wrong and then showing him and providing him with the part number, and getting his computer to show me the right part, he still decided to speak to me on a condescending way. He just know what the computer shows nothing else, but for some reason he think he is better than anyone else.

I came in as it was down pouring outside because I couldn’t see out my windshield my wipers were horrible and i had a long drive ahead of me. I went in and told james if he told me how to put them on i would do it myself because i was already soaked from running in the store and he would not let me put them on myself because he knew i had no idea what i was doing! Thank you so much james for doing that for me. Also when he was finishing up.leo was coming on shift and he ran out with an umbrella and sat in the rain with us! Thank you James and Leo.
