I recommend this store 100%. They take your problems personal, and they will do whatever they can to help you, all these guys are awesome, if you go to this store, ask for chris, he is one of the best guys there.

Let me tell you about the excellent service I received at this advance auto parts. Chris Hernandez is the manager there Jesse Espinoza actually made the sale for me and Kenny Borman and Jose Riddick Rivera all part of the team I came to buy some Rainex they gave me some paper towels to put it on when I was putting it on it started drizzling the manager had came out and noticed I was putting angles you need more paper towels go tell my guys to give you some more paper towels otherwise it’ll smear, I went and got some more paper towels. The manager actually helped put it on what excellent service what above and beyond service so if you’re ever in the area, make sure you come in and see these fine gentlemen, the service is beyond comparison.

I wanted to change the battery for my car so I went there, but a lady who was not very nice. She was being rude to me even though I was spending more than 150bucks.it's like she has the wrong attitude or something.

Just ran to get wiper blades. Chris offered to help me find them and he helped me.ok he installed them! He was awesome! Definitely a great plavr to go if you need stuff for your vehicle. Oh, a side note.they offer s military discount!

Staff just give you the feeling that they don't want to be there and if you get that vibe they just don't want to try and help you like your bothering them well sorry but that is why you are there for

I received the absolute best customer service from Karyn at this store! She came out and took a look at my car and help me figure out what I needed with the best attitude. I’ve come to this advance auto part store before and I have never had anything short of great customer service, if your in this area and you need an auto part store this is your store and ask for Karyn!

I purchased a truck battery on December 26th, 2022 and was pleased and impressed with the work (and courtesy) of two employees at the store. Bob and Jason were pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable with me and other customers during my visit.
It was an uncharacteristically cold Florida day, and this was not a simple battery change. Bob performed most of the hands-on work. Despite the cold and my very dirty engine compartment, he accomplished the replacement cheerfully, efficiently, and promptly. He demonstrated dedication to his work.
Jason occasionally assisted Bob, and advised me on purchase of an unrelated part. Bob and Jason were conscientious, energetic, and attentive to detail. I could see that they both strive for excellence; each evidenced a very high work ethic. I believe my opinion is shared by numerous customers who deeply appreciate their good character and expertise. Karen at this location is true to the name Karen. I called and she ask me to hold and I was patient with holding for 5min to ask a question about scanning my car. She was short and impatient. While I tried to ask questions she interrupted me, trying to rush me off the phone. Customer service is everything and even manager Kenny was not apologetic to his employee’s dismissal. Would not call or visit this location.

Eddie was very kind and helpful! He assisted me with my engine and my issue is fixed! This is a great store

Everyone was so helpful and professional. I locked my keys in my truck and Chris Hernandez Anthony and gabbria at store number 7059 helped me get my keys out. I’m so very thankful for them. They didn’t have to but they did. And gave my dog baby some water she was so thirsty. Thank you so much you guys. Y’all need a raise.
