Adam was SO helpful and AMAZING the other day when I came in to look for parts. He answered all of my questions and was so patient and respectful. He needs a raise for sure! Such a kind and hardworking young man. When you go to this store then ask for him! 10/10

Adam was amazing; A few days ago, was having issues with my car, with really no clue what was going on, (I don’t know much about cars…). Adam took a look and told me it was a battery issue, then asked what battery my car needs… again… no idea. Even though it was busy, Adam took his time to look up the make and model of my car and figure out what battery I needed, THEN installed it for me. He was straightforward with issues and pricing, while still being professional and polite. I really enjoyed my experience because he did not make me feel stupid for being a woman and not knowing much about cars — he just answered my questions and fixed the issue: easy. I really appreciated his time and effort.

Adam was a HUGE help getting parts researched and ordered for our truck at an amazing price! Would recommend him to anyone looking for specific parts and getting them ordered asap! Definitely will be using him every time!

My boyfriend and I visited this auto shop sweating trying to replace the battery in my car remote. The gentleman was very helpful and opened up the battery for us. We placed it in and it worked like a charm!

My sales rep was outstanding. I needed spark plugs and he made sure I had all the right tools I needed to replace them. He measured one of the spark plugs to provide me with the proper size ratchet tool and accessories. I also purchased Hub cap covers and wanted to confirm I had the right size. He offered to go to my car to confirm. I had a great experience and would definitely go back to Advance Auto Parts, at this location, for future automotive parts. And the prices are extremely competitive. I definitely saved money by chosing this location, on 28644 State Rd 54, and I highly recommend it.

My go to place for car maintenance needs. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I can also dispose of used oil there.

They very well could have sold me a new battery but, they tested my old one and it was fine just a bit undercharged. Thank you!
