I called to check to see if these new spark plugs would fit my truck, i spoke to a rude lady that could not understand plain english and she acted like i was speaking bad then tells me im rattling off. I told her three times slowly reading to to her like a cop would read a license plate. What a rude trashy person. Get better people skills or get fired. Have a better day nut bag.

Very knowledgeable young man at the counter. I walked in and showed him a picture of what I needed and bodda Bing bodda Boom. I was out of there.

They had the DieHard battery my husband wanted for his Jeep. We were in and out in 15 min. A pleasure to do business with.

So impressed with this store and even more impressed with employee Nash who went above and beyond with service on our recent visit. Needed to get new wipers on husbands vehicle and not only were we pleasantly greeted immediately upon entering the store by Nash, he asked what we needed, and jumped right into finding us the correct parts. He also went out and visually looked at our vehicle to confirm the wiper connector type. He asked us if we also needed wiper fluid which wouldn’t even have occurred to me. I was even more impressed that Nash installed the blades for us before we left! That was so nice and unexpected! So much so, that I’m bringing my vehicle over as I have needed wipers forever but was intimidated about not only buying the wrong ones but then having to install them. Thank you so much Nash! You made our experience noteworthy and you are very appreciated!

Karen the new manager of the advance Auto parts store in Dade City was extremely. It's nice to know that I have a second advance Auto parts other than the one in ridge Manor to count on

This store has friendly counter employees and take their time to ensure you have the right part at the best price. Within 3 mile radius there are 4 other auto parts stores. When I can get a part for less money elsewhere they will lower their price. One of the few stores remaining that appreciate your patronage and go the extra mile to.keep you coming back. Honestly when have you ever walked out of a Walmart feeling they appreciated you spending your hard earned money there? When you first entered the facial recognition hits you, then you see the same person on every isle you shop pretending to be shopping as well, after purchasing your items you must be cleared by the person at the exit, only after.that nod is when.i feel the tension go away, very militant that makes one feel that you should thank.them for allowing you to shop there. A perfect example of capitalism and communism.
