Only 1 employee staffed. He could not make a decision on brake warranty return. Told me I needed to come back when a manager was on duty. Been back 3 times in a week only to be told they don't have a manager. I just want my refund. I knew it was an issue when I walked in.

Female employee was extremely rude. We pulled up a minute or two before they closed to pick up an order we had already called about. Their confirmation didn’t go out so we couldn’t pick it up earlier like we should have been able to. The guy inside was extremely nice and friendly, but the lady who was outside smoking tried to keep us from entering then cursed about us and the guy inside very loudly. It was extremely disappointing and disrespectful.
Both times I went to the store I was very disappointed. The customer service level is an all-time low. I even spoke to the manager about this and it has not changed.
