8The guy that runs this store (manager) he’s been working at Advanced Auto for very long time but I think it’s time for him to get a different career this manager has no customer service Very rude.wants to argue with the customer, certified mechanic. So, if you having a bad day, this Manager just makes things even better. Now I know why they have a Auto Zone and O’Reillys. Next door. Im already having a bad day for Manager to be telling me that we Indians. I don’t know if that’s customer service or Not.this manager has a lot of mouth. I purchased the battery on Friday because the one I had was over three years old. I drove the vehicle all weekend with the new battery. I went to work on Monday then on Tuesday the car didn’t wanna turn on. I told the manager that I’m stranded and that’s when he said that he doesn’t care that we are Indians.so I had to wait 45 minutes for them to charge the battery. It turned out to be a bad battery.

The Service of the Manager JOHANA is lousy, fatal. He treats customers and employees badly, he doesn't like to help Spanish-speaking people, he always has a negative comment! The position as manager is great for him! What a pity that Advance has employees like her!
If you don't want to have the worst experience of your life, DO NOT go to this location, since the store manager Johana is going to give you the worst treatment as a customer, she is not professional at all, she makes fun of Hispanic people (she is Hispanic) and sometimes part of it is racist. A person with so little empathy towards others should not have a management position.

The problem with this store is not the employees, but the manager Johana, since she lacks professional ethics. He is an arrogant person, foul-mouthed, unrepresentable for the position he has and of little help to the client. Your attitude determines the altitude that is lousy. For this position, a person with a desire to work and education is required, but above all with good customer service. I hope they take action on the matter because I do not recommend this store to anyone.

I haven't had a bad experience here since I started using them at this location 2 years ago.
