Auto parts store with ample supply of products. Was in and out able to pick up what I needed. This trip was for basic items, glass cleaner, Windshield wiper fuid, and car wash.

Female black manager was very knowledgeable, nice and good at her job. She installed my wiper blades in 3 seconds and directed me to the parts I needed.

Really bad customer service here. I rather go to another Autonation store. I walk into the store asking for help and the guy behind the counter send me to another personal, that person said they can’t help. I went back to the original guy and he had the worst attitude

I placed an online order for some brakes, and rotors. I get to the store this morning and called for the curbside service, no one answered so no big deal I walked in. I get to the counter told the employee that I was picking up an online order. So he went to the back and came back to the counter, I then asked where is my order, he then turned around without say anything and pointed to the cart, and walked away. Mind you I'm a woman I had 2 front rotors for my truck and some front brakes that I had to tote to my truck on my own. This was the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. I will not ever shop with this company again. It's ashamed I can't give a 0 rating because this is exactly what this store gets.

The worst service ever I saw. No return or exchange policy for electronics. Customer service is terrible. Specially the manager. The just told me call 800 number. Never stop in this store, use another one.

We were thinking that we may need starter but we stopped in to the store that's located almost on the corner of Atlantic and Powerline. There was a lady there that helped us me being a man I was a bit skeptical but she proved herself to be more than knowledgeable and I give her an outstanding rating

I'm only giving this place a 5 star because an employee who works there name DAVID IS AWESOME, EVERYTIME I GO THERE IF HE'S NOT THERE I WILL WAIT ANOTHER DAY UNTIL HE GETS THERE! BEST EMPLOYEE THEY HAVE

Came there with a list of parts i needed they didnt have 1 part. Annoying, staff was pretty busy talking to each other and others were on their phone. One staff memeber was so oblivious I actually showed him how to use his own computer. Will not be going back

Bad customer service I call and he hang up on me at 7: 30pm the store said they open till 9 he told me to come in the morning and hang up

Always have my parts in stock or they tell me where I can find them+ call they're other store to reserve my parts. Plenty of parking and you can work on your car in their parking lot.

Told me to get the wrong headlight. I took it home, didn’t fit. Then tried to return it a week later and they wouldn’t refund me.waste of time!

I went to get my battery checked and the old guy at the counter was extremely rude. He wouldnt check my battery until he took everyone else in line and didnt even let me ask anymore questions.

I was able to get what i needed without any issues.unique parts for my car and then had them ordered the next day.

Didn't have any issues also with a return. They did great with me and the only reason why im on here is because i needed the number and notice the review section.

I'll be going back for more parts for my car. Lowest prices in town, AWESOME TEAM.

Pulled in to grab a headlight real quick at 8: 52 and the guy with dreads working watched me pull in then locked the doors on me 8 min before closing. Now I'm at risk to get pulled over again. Thanks a lot guy.

Patrons were stealing and employee put oil in my car and did not use a funnel. He spilled oil. All over my engine and it leaked oil. All over my driveway when i got home
