They service our units as soon as we call. However, the best is Madison. She is so helpful and polite when calling with any questions. She never disappoints.

09.11.23 the technician didn't know what he was doing. He gave me bad information and suggested to fill my system with freon. $500 worth of freon, which leaked out of my system within 4 hours. When I contacted management in the morning I was simply told they could not help me in any way. I was simply taken advantage of due to my own ignorance.

If I could give negative stars I would. They charged me $500 to fill up a leaking unit while the part was going to take a couple of days to arrive. The $500 of coolant leaked out in just a couple of hours. The technician obviously didn't know any better nor did he run any test to determine if filling the system was a good idea. Management was a joke when I attempted to work something out with them. I will never trust this company again. Nothing has updated.

Called on Saturday and within a hour they were onsite. A hour later cold air was blowing. John walked me through all my questions and was amazing.

We were in a panic tonight when our AC stopped blowing out cold air. With a baby at home, and it being August in FL, we were very concerned about overheating in our house. I sent a request over to Advanced Air, and Chris was quick to respond. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was quick to diagnose our issue. He was very thorough, explaining every step of his diagnostic and treatment of the issue. He was kind and courteous and had us fixed quickly so we could all get a comfortable night's rest. We're so grateful for Chris and the Advanced Air team!

This is my second experience over the years with Advanced Air Care, this time a Water Furnace HVAC motor that had been worked to death and had to be ordered. The tech, Jimmy, warned us that it might take a week. Madison, the courteous.and supportive office manager stayed in touch with us about the order through a long hot week. She called early on the morning it came in and Jimmy had it competently installed and running by early afternoon.

Called last Thursday to be put on thier schedule for today Tuesday between 8 and 10am. I called them at 10 after noone showed up and they remembered talking to me but don't know what happened. So much for taking off work. It's the worst kind of customer service.

I absolutely love my Mitsubishi mini-split! I have been trying to keep our converted garage cool since we moved into our home in 2018. I had no luck, and was pretty much about to give up. A friend recommended I get a mini-split. I had never heard of a mini-split, so I started looking into it. I am so glad I did, it's worth every penny! I would highly recommned Advanced Air Care to anyone looking to do this, you won't regret it!

The technician was Brandon and he was very professional and answered all my questions and provided helpful advice. Scheduling the service was very simple and I would recommend this company to anyone and will to the people I know.

I have been using advance air care for a few years. They are my go to for repairs and maintenance. Very fair prices. They service my Tallahassee house and also my Wakulla vacation home. They have a local office and always pick up the phone…. Recently my thermostat wasn’t working. They came right away to get our air conditioner working…. Thank you!

The service technician arrived at the arranged time. A complete check of the A/C system was performed. The technician was very professional and left no mess. It was obvious during discussions the technician took pride in his work. I have signed up for them to service my A/C unit twice a year now. Would highly recommend.

My 23 year old system was nearing end of life. Advanced Air addressed my concerns and provided a competitive quote. The installation was done within weeks. They used drop cloths inside to minimize the mess and after the installation, performed a thorough clean up before leaving. The installation passed
city inspection and they registered my equipment. My compliments to Kris, Mandy, Paul and the rest of the team. The whole process went smoothly and I recommend Advanced Air.
