To anyone that is blessed enough to receive therapy and emotional support with Dr. Mobed. I don’t know how to make this short bc I’ve been with Mobed for over 3 years now and it has forever changed my life in the best way ever. When I came to him I was broken in many ways and many pieces. Unlike many I was well aware of many of my faults. The problem is I didn’t know how to make sense of my problems and pain. I didn’t know how or where to begin to try and put myself back together. Doc as I often refer to him, is a very educated, compassionate, and intuitive therapist with a wide range of experiences to build on. I can’t say enough about how he listened so well, cared so much, I mean truly felt for me. He has become the only person I trust and can depend on to care. He’s taught me so much about why I’ve felt the way I have and taught me very valuable things.tools to cope, learning to have faith that it will be ok, helping me to not feel alone and learn even at 53 to be better, worry less, and has gone out of his way to assist me in getting financial help as well. I’m still with health, mental, and physical disabilities but I know I always have Dr. Mobed there when I need him and for that… I owe him so much more than this letter of recommendation. I owe him things I can’t give but wish I could. I’m so grateful to have found someone to truly empathize and help to transform myself into being the best possible version of myself, never give up, and that I have a friend… a real one.looking out for me…like an Angel especially through the series of painful roadblocks along the way. As as clinical psychologist, I recommend Advanced Behavioral Health, particularly Dr. Sirous Mobed whom I personally and professionally know for his excellent clinical work.

Dennis Cutter is fantastic. He is very understanding and compassionate.
I wish I could say the same for the billing department. They overcharged me a co-pay that my insurance stated I was not responsible for. That wS in June. I called 9x and no one calls me back. I was told if I didn't pay, I couldn't have my visit, meanwhile, they owe me $85 for 2 most now!

Doctor Cutter is the best doctor I have ever had, in my life. I do not want him associated with this review. This review is based on the people who run the front desk.

My appointment is 8/23. They told me they would call ahead to collect payment. Well, just got a text from them saying payment hadn’t been collected and my appointment would be cancelled if they do not receive payment. Well nobody called me to take the payment.

So I called their office, and left my house for their office, as I was walking into the building they finally picked up my phone call.

Also fun fact, when I asked to talk to their medical biller I was told the biller is overseas.

Been going here for five years, it’s just gotten worse all of a sudden.

Unfortunately started seeing office after Covid so no going into office. Staff was awful about calling for next appointment but would constantly call you for payment. Then wouldn't set appointment. Dr. McDonough charges$$$ but does not do therapy, just meds. Said to make appointment with therapists in the office. They never returned calls to set.

I’ve had a lot of bad experiences in a lot of different industries over the last couple of years. Everyone is stressed and overworked. It’s very tough to work in a high stress environment.

My recent experience at AB was incredible. Diana and Cassandra are the names I remember, but everyone there was so nice and patient. I had a problem with my pharmacy, and when I went down to AB, the staff took the time to help me and really figure everything out.

Dr. DeLeon has always been very good to me, but kudos to his staff too! I’m sure they’re very busy and dealing with a lot at once, but it is so refreshing to actually feel cared about at this office.

I was seeing another psychiatrist in Leesburg who never listened to me when I said I might have an undiagnosed condition. By luck, I was scheduled with Tiffany Stephens on my first visit and she is a sweetheart. She made me feel very comfortable and explained things so I understood. She pointed out some examples that it was possible I had the condition too and since then we have found the right medication and I have my life back! I’m trying to get my friend to see her too because I know she listens and really cares. I would give her 50 stars if I could!

Today was my first visit with Dr. DeLeon and I walked away feeling relief. He really listened to me and was genuinely interested in how I was feeling. In addition, he is very knowledgeable and understands mental disorders in a way that helps me to understand. Thank you Dr. DeLeon.

It’s a revolving door Manger is rude. All they want is ur money. 400 dollars for a cash payer is outrageous especially when it has to do with mental health. New offfice is opening that is to all the mentally I’ll people that have to pay cash. Is sad

I was a little nervous to choose them after reading some of the older reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I visited the office. They have a diverse staff that does a great job at attending the patients needs even during hectic times. When I was there there was a quite unruly patient who was causing a scene, but the staff handled it in a prompt and professional manner considering the circumstances. This is a very tough field (mental health) to be in, but the doctors and staff are top notch. I will definitely be back and continue to appreciate the effort of everyone there. I hate giving reviews, but seeing what others are saying compelled me to provide my opinion based off of my experiences so far. I love that their staff has several bilingual speakers. This helps out ssssoooo much!

Very Shady and Completely Unethical!
If there was a zero I would post that. My CHILD’s Psychiatrist prescribed my minor teen child a new addictive medication with out any parent acknowledgement or consent!

I was furious when I found out my child was prescribed a medication with out me knowing or approving but then I found out that it had highly addictive properties was prescribed to my child! The doctor sent it right over to our pharmacy with out so much a as a phone call to a parent! There was no acknowledgement and no consent whatsoever!

To make matters worse when I contacted the office the assistant manager handled it the best she could and escalated it to the Medical Director.

The Medical Director couldn’t even be bothered to call me back, instead they had the assistant manager to “pass me a message” that stated “the medication prescribed wasn’t THAT addictive. ” I was horrified! THAT ADDICTIVE! That is your professional response in regards to your doctor prescribing addictive medication to a minor child with out parent acknowledgment or consent? !? Wow!

No child should be prescribed a medication let alone an addictive medication with out their parent knowing AND consenting! Very shady and completely unethical!

I have been seeing the nurse practitioner Tiffany. I was so happy to see they added a female provider because I feel like they can relate to other women better, especially when it comes to mental health. She is so friendly and actually looks at me instead of her computer. That may sound stupid but a former Dr I was seeing would ask me questions and type away with barely no eye contact. There has been front office staff changes and its hard to get through some times but nothing I cant deal with. I highly recommend Tiffany. She is wonderful.

Edit: can’t get a phone to get through without just rereading prompt. Can’t reach y’all to get prescriptions refilled. Text to try? They’ll send it to a different location or not at all. Yall don’t even try. Dr Cutter is still phenomenal but at this rate the health of your patients is at risk with this kind of staff.

Giving AB 3 stars only because my psychiatrist Dr Cutter is the bomb dot com. Office staff? Not at all. When they even decide to pick up the phone or return your call, they sound as though you’ve inconvenienced them or they have so many better things to do with their lives than to assist someone in need of mental heath help. I’ve also seen some of the therapists they’ve housed and I refuse to again after unnecessary and uncalled for enforcement to abuse the use of sending their patient to Lifestream, which lets not forget caused me serious trauma. I wish Dr Cutter was located in another office or else I’d never be using them again. -5 stars for them. Infinite for him.

My wife has been seeing Dr. Deleon for about few years now. Really been a great help since her two brain strokes in 2017 left her with Parkinson’s movement disorder, walking and balance are issues everyday.
Dr. Deleon adjusted her medication twice and nailed it both times. Office staff have always been very helpful and smiling eager to help. Thank you all at Advanced Behavior

FIND SOMEONE ELSE! I was a patient here for over 10 years - the staff has always been awful - they are rude, never answer the phone and frequently cancel last minute with no notice and then fail to provide refills. The doctors are always incredibly behind as well and don't care that the staff is awful. The last straw was this week when I was told 2 DAYS PRIOR to my med-check that their self-pay price had DOUBLED - from $100 to $200 with NO NOTIFICATION. Completely unacceptable. I would rather go without meds for the rest of my life then deal with this office ever again.
