The people working there were fantastic. Vicky was very helpful and had a pretty smile. Tammy took care of my paperwork and insurance. Maggie is was very thorough as was Dr. Moore. Now I know that working with the public can be very demanding. So often you get just complaints. So please don't take this survey lightly because all of the worker's mentioned were very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for the hospitality and great treatment. See you next time.

Dr. Moore, Sebastian, Tammy and the rest of the staff were great. I would give them more stars if possible. I am on vacation and had problems with an implant. I could not find anyone to help me until I called Advanced Dental Care. They did not turn me away and said to come by and they would try to help me. They did an absolutely great job and took care of my problem.

Absolutely lovely people! I have actually never enjoyed going to the dentist before. The people are so kind, warm, and caring, besides being professional to the utmost!

Worst dental experience of my life. Don't go here. They are not helpful and don't actually go over any information with you. They will also try to bill you for services you did not approve.

One of the best dental offices I've ever been too! Vicky, Mabel, and Tammy where so helpful; they helped me with all my questions and the dental assistant team was truly wonderful! Doctor Moore seemed to care about all his patients and I was immediately treated for my pain and everyone was so kind. I 100% recommend coming to this dental office because their thorough with their work and they genuinely want what's best for their patients.

Stay away from these crooks! Wanted to charge me over $1500.00 a tooth for two bone grafts when United healthcare would not want to pay these outrageous prices!
People have called them Artist. Unfortunately it is con artist! Don't waste your time here.

I had a dental emergency in Orlando and being out of country I was so scared of what it would cost and were to go.
Advanced dental care was amazing, great price and amazing staff. I highly recommend them!

A few days ago, 4 wisdom teeth were removed here.everything went very quickly and did not hurt.after the procedure, they also gave me an electric toothbrush and gum cream.the quality of service is very good and the price is favorable compared to other clinics. Most of all I liked the team (doctor, assistant, guys at the reception), they are all responsive.they also helped me choose an insurance company. I really hope that further treatment of other teeth will be just as wonderful. Thanks a lot.

Excellent experience! The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and kind. Mercedes and Dr. Chinea were especially wonderful, I'm a very anxious person and they actually listened to me and made sure I was comfortable and cared-for the whole time. As someone with significant medical trauma, it's hard to explain how relieving that is. Thank you guys so much!

Amazing team of people! My boyfriend and an emergency and they got us in right away and fixed him up better than we thought was possible. Everyone was so nice. Highly recommend!

Went to Advanced Dental Care whilst on holiday in Orlando due to a cracked tooth. They were very sensible with my treatment plan to ensure I was free from pain and gave me a temporary fix until I got home to save me the cost! Sebastian was fantastic and took himself time and had plenty patience when they were having difficulty getting me to the correct dose of anaesthetic - it took a lot but nothing was rushed or pressured. Would recommend, especially for travellers who might need to claim on insurance.

Maggie is so awesome great people skills and great with kids, she really made me and my children feel welcome! Thank you Maggie for making are visit great your awesome:)

While the doctor and his assistant were pleasant and efficient, my hygienist appointment was double booked and I was not seen for the cleaning. The office asked me to take an earlier appointment time than I requested specifically to have time for the cleaning. Having paid a babysitter to attend the appointment, I am quite dissatisfied that I did not receive the service I booked. Now I will have to come a second time and it will cost me money for a babysitter again because of poor scheduling on the office’s part.

Dr Moore was great and explained in detail the procedure he was going about to perform.
The whole office staff was very professional and helpful too.
