I had to sit way past my appointment time in a room full of people when the CDC is saying to stay out of crowds & 3 or more feet from the next closes person

I actually got to see the doctor within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very courteous, professional, and informative.

Awesome office with great docs and a fun, knowledgeable staff! Dr. Cash and staff are awesome!

I had my first visit on 2-24. The office staff was friendly and professional. I was taken back fairly promptly. After the aide questions, I was left to disrobe. The Dr.came in about 45 seconds later saying she had surgery coming up. She had someone she was training with her. I didn't really care that I had no gown on.jus different. She very quickly went over my body, describing things to the trainee. She never really spoke to me. As she was leaving, I asked her to wait and look at my leg. She just picked up the canister, froze it and left. I didn't get my scalp looked at, any questions answered, any instructions for care of my leg, etc. Disappointing.

I did not get to see the Dr. I had before, and found this to be disappointing because no one called to tell and I had no other choice. Seems she had left the Advanced Dermatology group. I would have made other arrangements if I had known.
I'm happy however, with the person I did see but felt deprived of the choice to make my own decision.

The people were great and listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Everything was great, just would like for the Physician to stay a little longer with patient. Seems a tad bit rushed. Other than that great place.

I’ve been a patient at Advanced Dermatology for a number of years. I’ve been treated with respect and kindness. The staff and doctors are professional and they have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to work around my ridiculous scheduling needs. I am very pleased with the practice and I like that younger doctors with new ideas have joined my location. Dr. Cash is attempting to help resolve my problem from a different direction.

The doctor and staff are very customer oriented. They take time to make you at ease and answer your questions.

Had an appointment 9-6 on 17th St when it was decided by Sheila that lancing or removal of cyst was necessary. Went back to office on 17th making an appt for 9-24 at 7: 35 for removal at office on W 200. Sheila looked at cyst again but said I’d have to schedule another appt for its removal. Was charged twice for her “looking” at it. Was that necessary?

Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. The staff was kind and courteous. The doctor was fantastic. It was amazing I experienced no staff rolling their eyes like other dermatologist offices.

Not happy with visit especially the medicine given to me, developed mood disorders and puffing on my face.

Please do not contact me. Will not return.

My visit to this office was a nightmare on Elm Street and I am so glad I woke up. I cringe when I think about the first appt I was compel to speak with the manager and she assured me that my second visit would be better. The young assistant knew and showed more concern for my condition than the doctor. I was very disappointed. I post this because I feel whoever goes to this office should know what to expect. The young man at the front desk and the young assistant was the highlight of my visit.

Have been there many times. Staff is awesome! Have had mole frozen off of my elbow. Came back? Had it cut off, recently for Biopsy. IT'S COMING BACK. AND IS PAINFUL! Had another mole (?) Cut off shoulder/clavicle area for Biopsy. Seems to be alright.no signs of regrowth.we shall see.
Good experience.till I lowered my arm and got to my truck.elbow was Bleeding a lot!
Had to go back in and get Re-bandaged.
Aide Was AWESOME!
CARING AND CONCERNED STAFF!

I had a severe itchy rash and needed help determining what was causing it. I didn't get the doctor's name. She was friendly enough, but didn't really help me. She gave me some hypoallergenic samples to try. They were all okay except for the Tide Free and Gentle. I said I was allergic to Tide, but she said this would be okay. It wasn't.it made it worse. She took a biopsy, and had her assistant put a bandage on. All he did was put paper tape on it.no ointment or gauze. I had a terrible time getting it off, since it was on my back. Today somebody called and told me the biopsy was benign. I asked her what it is, since the doctor told me the biopsy should determine what it is, and she said it is a rash. That is the one thing I knew all along. I have had this rash for about 6 weeks now and still don't know what is causing it. I thought that was what dermatologists did, but I guess I was wrong.

This rating should include a no star rating. Beware of going to this practice. Missed diagnosed after 4 months of assurances. Poor staff and office management. Horrible experience! Will never enter this building again!

The staff is friendly and very professional. I didn't have to wait long to be seen by the doctor. They all seemed very sincere in wanting to help.

I was extremely pleased with my visit. Taken to exam room on time and given a thorough going over. All personnel were very pleasant and friendly. Highly recommend as they did not try to sell procedures not necessary.

I have been here twice and both visits were great. First visit I had 2 shave biopsies and the 2nd was excision of a shaved biopsy. The staff and Dr. Lloyd are amazing and so friendly. My next appt is for removal of stitches and results, I know it will be another great visit.
