Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery - Weston reviews
15The worst staff I have dealt with in my life. They will never answer the calls & when they do they will hang up.
Horrible place. I read several bad reviews but I still gave it a try. They all seem very nice but all those reviews saying this office is only for the money, trying to make you come “follow up appointment after follow up appointment” with out really being necessary is actually true.
I never write reviews, but the experience I had to share. After explaining the reason for the visit, the doctor asks me the size of the area that I came to her to inquire about. I found that very weird and then she turns around and measure the area. I am not even sure if the doctor spent a whole 5 minutes in the room with me after waiting for this appointment for almost 2 months. The visit was a complete waste of my time and money. I would definitely not go back there.
One of the nurses there was very condescending and had no patience. Patients are usually vulnerable and she had no care as if we were wasting her time. Dermatologist was nice but that's not what a Dermatologist is supposed to do. A dermatologist is supposed to solve someones skin issues or at least try. Charged 200 dollars to our credit card that took 3 months to book. Practically robbed us of 200 dollars for talking to a brick wall.
Rude front desk staff.
Who charges fee for using credit card… well these guys.
Doctors and nurse practitioners at this establishment has turned medicine into a business… instead of fixing the problem, they routinely choose options to put a band-aid on the problem so you have to keep coming back over and over. While they get to keep charging you for every visit… FIX the problem once and for all.
Best experience! Welcoming staff, updated technology, & amazing physician. Highly recommend!
Very efficient! I was in and out very quickly, the doctor was friendly, altogether a great appointment.
Great doctors great assistants but the people who answer the phone need to be more attentive I was transfered 6-8 times waited 45 minutes to be told can come in or use the pamphlet given.this medicine is expensive why would I want to use a pamphlet. I told the office I would call back and make an appointment to do so but with that remark it kind of was a deterrence so I will call dupixent or whomever in the green pamphlet.
I was surprised how every staff member I interacted with with friendly and professional. From the front desk, to the Dermatologist and her assistant. I was in and out. Thank you
Dr Lucia in the Weston office is very professional,
We are very happy with her and her assistance, The office is clean.
These doctors are So frustrating.they don’t take the time to ask you questions and to really get to the root of the problem. They think they know and then misdiagnose and just rely on trial/error. I have to proactively ask the questions but I can’t ask the questions I don’t know.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. The nurse who took out my stitches was excellent. I had thought Dr Lustig would be there since I had a couple of questions for her but I guess once she did the spot removal she didn't do the follow up herself.
SCAM ALERT!
Scheduled an appointment to get moles removed and specifically said MOLE REMOVAL to receive a 10 min consultation. Really? You think I need someone to tell me I have moles like I don’t stare at them every day.
They refused to do any type of procedure and tried to upsell me some numbing cream before saying they didn’t have time but charged me 60 dollars because the doctor said I had moles. No duhhhh. Like I didn’t come here for them.
We had come here in the past and never had this problem. The new staff in there were nothing but rude. Called and spoke to the manager who threatened to send me to claims if we dispute the charge for the 60 dollars. Don’t waste your time. There are other offices to remove moles and you will not need to come back and spend 120 for the doctor to tell you the most basic thing.
Don’t go here. It’s a con for money. Reported them to BBB
I have been a patient of AD for a very long time. Svetlana has been my Aesthetician and she truly is an gem. I know when she is done with my facial, I will leave there feeling and looking fabulous. On two occasions my husband has seen her both times she has suggested for him to see the Dr. Both times he has had to have procedures. We are so grateful to her. People compliment me on my skin and I always say I have the best, I have Svetlana.
For my first visit, I arrived on time and waited 15 minutes to be seen, which is not bad. For my second visit, I was 17 minutes late. The staff noted that I was late and made me wait 20 minutes before stating that I couldn’t be seen because the doctor had a foot issue and couldn’t wait even though she was still seeing patients. However, if their policy is to not be seen after 15 minutes, which is completely understandable, I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for you to ask me to reschedule especially if they knew when I walked in that they wouldn’t see me. Hopefully the next visit is better.
