This place will book you with many other people for one appointment time and make you wait over an hour to be seen and give a bad attitude when you ask why it’s taking so long telling you to “ask the provider “ can’t communicate to you that the provider might be in surgery or dealing with things. The bad attitude from the reception desk and with the provider is a good reason to go with a different dermatologist

They say they don’t know how to fix oily skin. Most ppl I know went to a dermatologist for their oily skin and recommended me to go to one. I went to this (ADVANCED) dermatologist center and they say they can’t help. Which I don’t know how come. They say they don’t know anything they helps oily skin. Even Walmart have products for oily skin but an advanced dermatologist don’t? And I chose to go to a dermatologist to see exactly what I need because they should be a specialist in skin care so I just wanted to say they were no help at all.

I just read in a lawsuit at the Deland courthouse that a patient is suing this office. That can't be good.

Booked a facial for a specific date. Turned out that it was for another date several weeks from the time I booked. Ruined my entire day off. Nothing I can do about it apparently? If I didn’t show up to an appointment I’d get a bill. They mess up and I can’t bill them. Also, they have used a call center in the last for soliciting business I was added to and received calls multiple times a month trying to get time to come in for various services.

What a phenomenal team! This was my first dermatologist appointment in over a decade and I am floored by the professionalism, compassion, and swift responsiveness! I came in for an exam and ended up getting a biopsy. I was given lidocaine for the area being biopsied and at some point experienced severe light headedness, nausea, sweating, and weakness. It was a frightening experience and I'm so glad the team was there to provide care and reassurance! I only wish they could be my general medicine team! I did the survey when I was first contacted? Maybe it didn’t through. I was very satisfied with the visit in helping me get the help needed from reaction to an antibiotic. The prescription for the crème took some time, but it is finally starting to improve. Thank you

The Dr.and Nurse are both excellent. Dr. Elizabeth has a great personality and her assistant is also nice. This seems to be rare in Drs.offices these days.
