I have seen both Sophie and Mindy and had great experience with both and got my questions answered, would recommend!

I was 10 minutes late so they made me reschedule. I also did paperwork online but had to redo it when I got there.

I could not be happier with Sophie Eusebio-Perrea, ARNP-FNP-BC and the rest of the medical and office staff! I have been going to this location for approximately 3 years (Advanced Dermatology for a total of 7+ years). Sophie has helped me battle my acne and keep me cancer free. My skin is the healthiest and clearest it has ever been. She has removed countless spots or moles that were precancerous or Basal Cell (skin cancer) ; and she stitches me up beautifully. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sophie and all the staff.

Everything went so smoothly. From appointment reminders to walking in the front door and having my exam. Everything was done professionally and with a smile. Necessary procedures were explained very well with an opportunity for me to ask questions. I have already recommended this office and Sophie to my sister. This is definitely my new Dermatology Practice. Thank you!

I love this office for too many reasons to list. The biggest reason is the way Sophie approaches management of whatever condition you bring in. She absolutely recognizes your needs and preferences when developing your care plan with you. This is one of the few doctors’ offices I’ve found where I leave feeling certain I know how to correctly proceed.

The staff members and doctor Eusibio are courteous, friendly, upbeat, very professional, and caring.
I always am greeted warmly upon arrival and I never have to wait more than a few minutes before my appointment with doctor Eusibio. I am in the best hands possible.

Avoid this office. They scheduled an appointment for something they don't treat, charged me for it, and made me call in 8 times to explain why. This has been my worst experience of any medical office in Florida. From the front desk to the doctors, completely ineffective.

I really hate to write this review, but it has been troubling me. At my visit two weeks ago, I was rudely and soundly yelled at by the woman who ushered me into a room b/c it had been three years since last visit, when I was told I had two basal cells. She didn't think I took it seriously enough, and she let me know in curt, uncertain terms. I was shocked, stunned at the attack. During those years, she didn't know I had been injured, was unconscious in a hospital for four days. Then a month in rehab working as hard as I could to be able to walk on my own power, and then to another facility to get my strength back. I now can walk, tho not well nor not far. I am now disabled, in pain every single day. On top of that, I have new issues to deal with. Finally, I had the ability to go to the dermatologist, and what happens? I'm yelled at. I don't ever want to see that woman again. The rest of the staff is wonderful. I gave the middle star for the others. Like Thumper's mother, if I can't say something nice, I don't say anything at all. This was too much, too upsetting. Yes, I'm going to their other office to have the basal cell removed.

Courteous, professional staff. Dr is considerate and understanding. No long waits. Procedures went well.

Currently I am dealing with 3 different skin issues. The RNPA was very caring & efficient with the plan of care that she initiated.

Dr Mindy Lei was extremely rude and dismissive during a visit while she was freezing warts off my fingers. Initially, her demeanor was pleasant, despite seeming insincere, and she seemed professional enough. I simply wanted to make sure that she was freezing the entire affected area, so I politely pointed out an area that didn't seem to receive the same attention as the rest and she looked at me with an irritated look and said, 'just let me do my job'. She could have simply ensured me that she was being thorough, or said something like, 'don't worry, I'll make sure', but she chose to reply with contempt and showed terrible bedside manner. It was upsetting enough that my care provider treated me this way and if it happened during a consultation, I would have excused myself and walked out; in this case, it was mid-treatment, so I just let her finish, as I was so anxious to treat this long-standing problem. It's months later and there are still significant areas where the problem persists and there are large red marks all around the area she treated. I am scheduled to see another dermatologist to consult about treatment and consultation about the effectiveness/results and manor in which Dr. Mindy Lei performed the procedure. As a result of how she treated me during my appointment, I will not return to Advanced Dermatology nor recommend it to anyone.

How sad! My 75 year old grandmother went in as a new patient. They asked her to create her patient account on a tablet and she told them she didn’t understand it. Mind you, she still uses a flip phone. The front desk woman told her to sit down and figure it out. She tried her best and still couldn’t do anything with the technology. She went back up and said that she could really use some help. The woman said just sit down and figure it out because she was behind on her duties and had no time to assist her. My grandmother let her know that she was just going to head home and that this was just too much for her. The woman raised her voice at her, told her to sit down and figure it out because she already paid her copay. My grandmother was in tears and shaking. What an awful experience for her. Certainly a lack of care and compassion from this office for elderly. Non-accommodating. Please don’t give them business. Find someone better.

After receiving a facial recently, the cosmetologist recommended I see a Dermatologist for some suspicious areas. She also warned me not to be surprised at the long wait to actually see a doctor as “this Florida after all. Everyone needs a Dermatologist”. In fact, after calls to 2 different offices and not receiving a return call from either, I was quite concerned. That is, until I called Advanced Dermatology in St Petersburg. Within 3 days I was sitting in front of Sophie Eusebio, ARNP and had all my questions answered and issues taken care of with a follow up appointment in 4 weeks. I highly recommend giving them a call!

Making an appointment was very easy and they got me in within a week which is unheard of for December! Very friendly staff from the moment you check-in to the time you leave. The doctor was very informative and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Very good experience every time I need to go in.

Again the folks at Advanced Dermatology did a great job. The unexpected rash was ID'd.treated, has stopped itching and is greatly reduced in size, just as predicted. What a relief! Thank you Thank you.
