From Northern Illinois, I was at Miramar Beach, for the winter. Before departing for Fl, My dermatologist diagnosed a precancerous growth on my upper lip. She administered treatment and suggested I contact a dermatologist, in Florida, for follow up. I contacted Dr Johnson’s office and was able to get an appointment within two weeks of my arrival. He reassured me that the treatment I received was effective and that I should follow up with my dermatologist when I returned in the spring. This put my mind at ease so I could enjoy my winter at Miramar Beach. Very efficient office!

10/10 dr was amazing and super knowledgeable about every question I had, never pushed me into something I didn’t want, overall a great experience.

Friendly staff. Doc was quick and to the point yet thorough. Made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had.

Everything went well at my only appointment at the office. I paid my account in full before leaving the office.
Since that time, I have received two notices stating a have a balance of $422. I spoke to Kai and was assured that it was a billing error, and it would be handled. Well, I then received another notice a month later. Sandra returned my call and told me I needed to contact the billing office in New York. I stated I do not to call anyone since it was there error. When I told her to speak to Kai, I was told Kai isn't here to speak to, and then started speaking in a rude tone. I said "don't talk to me like that, and then she hung up on me! I am not sure why they do not clear up there mistakes?

I loved Dr. JOHNSTON'S PA or nurse. Not sure what her name is/was, she's from Queens, New York originally, but I just loved her, she really put me at ease. Doctor was nice, a little rushed but polite.

Such a sweet office staff. My 2 yr old is a real handful and the nurse was so helpful and understanding. The doctor came in was very thorough and so patient with my son! I would recommend them to any mom!
