Your office keeps calling and asking for people I don’t even know… It’s a different name each time

What do any of us know about this type of testing? The staff was amiable and helpful.their billing office on the other hand is terrible; i have been waiting for a refund for over 4 months now.my advice: question everything!

We have been in the parking lot since 7: 30 for a 8am appointment no one answers the phone and doors are locked on a Monday. Live 1hr and 30mins out, it is NOW 8: 38 with still no answer and doors are still locked! Did you guys forget to open today?

This location is now part of the Advanced Diagnostic Group. I am claustrophobic and have no choice but to have a stand-up MRI when using contrast, not without some stress and agitation. I should have paid attention to the first red flag when they called me the day of my test to tell me that my prescription had expired. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, corrected the issue, and scheduled my test again. Today I drove one hour to their location, arrived at 12: 30 pm for my 1 pm appointment. As expected I became agitated after an hour with no test. After a few minutes they moved me to another waiting room, with even more uncomfortable chairs, to continue waiting. After 1 and a half hours, I was agitated, tired, and nervous, and I left. They must be used to patients leaving because one person game a brief "sorry" and credited my account for the copayment within minutes. No consideration. No respect for people's health or time.

Wonderful staff who were more than helpful. We ended up at the wrong location and they gracefully fit us in. The imaging was without a hiccup and they were so very kind and courteous. Beautiful facility with the top notch equipment.

The staff at this location is awful. They are rude and incompetent. They are slow and untrained. I would never deal with them again. Just plain awful. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

BEWARE! They are incompetent and will cancel your appt! They were completely incompetent throughout the whole process. While on the phone with them to make the appointment, they seemed to have no idea what was going on. I was trying to schedule an MRI and the guy told me they don't do mammograms. I repeated to him I'm getting an MRI and he said the Boca office doesn't do MRI's when in fact, they do. Then talked to the woman in boca and she made my appt. I asked her if she had all the info she needed and if they had the info from my referring doctor. I thought it was weird that there was no email confirmation but she said it was fine. So then they called me in the morning the day of my appointment and said they didn't have my insurance info and needed it. So I gave it to them and they called back and said my authorization was pending and since it takes a couple days that they have to cancel my appointment. So they're saying the person who scheduled me was new and didn't know. Not my problem. I have to schedule this things around work and now I'm sitting here with my day completely wasted due to their incompetence, and neglect. They are clueless. Never again. They cost me my time and my money. What a trainwreck that place is.

Do not recommend this place. Could not obtain my MRI/Radiologist report. They connected me to their branch in Delaware.

I waited for a long time. The technician was amazing. Indian from the east. He was simply the best.

Staff here makes you feel relaxed & cared for/about. Had been going to one closer to our home & it was almost scary in the waiting room. This waiting area is small but comfortable & clean (as is their procedure room/equipment!).

I have had a lot of MRI tests done but advanced diagnostic was absolutely the best place I've ever gone to have one. The office staff and the technician was so friendly and helpful truly blessed to have my testing done at their facility

The staff was awesome both on the phone and in person! They were patient and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or as though I were bothering them at all. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again should I need another scan!

Great place and the most friendly staff. They truly care and were super nice. I strongly recommend their service. On top of that they have the newest and latest imaging device.
