Doctors are nice, but dealing with the office to set appointments or anything else is a disaster. Would be great if they cleaned up the admin side of practice.

She seems very interested in my health.she made a referral for an XRay within a few days she called me and gave me the results.

I had an appointment with Dr Glamour during hurricane Idalia. The office closed but he made a zoom call instead to help get me started to figure out a diagnosis. I appreciate him not canceling and getting me started. He listens to you and seems to care about your concerns. Hopefully I can get some answers.

Dr Perez is very caring. He listens to your concerns and answers your questions. He explains everything that you need to know. The staff was very friendly at both locations.

I was blown away by everything from the moment I arrived. From the gentleman at the desk, the nurse who took my vitals and Dr. Perez, himself. Checkout was also amazing. I couldn't get online to pre register. Went to Pinellas Park office to do paperwork a day ahead, but still had paperwork to fill out at downtown office.
Everyone I encountered was very nice and polite. Ms. Senior was caring and thorough. The scheduling lady worked hard to accommodate my preferences.
