Excellent place to have all your imaging done. Friendly, very clean & efficient & the latest machines. RJ did my ct scan & went very smoothly.

I was seen in a timely manner. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. Gabby, the tech that did my imaging was very nice and accommodating in an effort to ensure my comfort. I've been here twice in 3 years and will return.

Honestly If i got give 0 stars I would. I have been here before and it was perfectly fine. Now this time, I got here at 12: 40 when my appointment was at 1: 00 PM and This is my first appointment going alone. I was scheduled for an MRI I sat there paid and filled out all of the paper work just for them to tell me at 1: 20 I needed my order form. I had no idea and they waited over 30 mins to tell me.and on top of that she asked if I could find it and have someone send a picture and I GOT THE PICTURE yet they told me it was way past my time and I couldn’t go in for my MRI. So first, Thank you for wasting my time and second, learn how to do your jobs. I will never be back here and ill make sure everyone i know never comes back here.

Getting the appointment on the phone was super easy, and when I got there, everything went quick, brandy was super nice and caring

Today around 3pm I'm was bringing my mom in for her exam. As Jazmin was checking my mom in, I over heard a girl call her stupid and was fussing at her. Jazmin was very polite and said nothing back to her as she continued to fuss at her in font of other guests loudly and one stepped in to tell her to stop. I felt so bad and embarrassed that she had to go through that and none of her co-workers stopped the young lady for doing that.

I wish to remain anonymous for legal reasons, but Kyla was super helpful on the phone in regards to how to obtain my medical records and Desiree was just as amazing at actually giving me my records. Ive always loved coming here for my tests. Highly recommend to everyone. The girl next to Desiree seemed grumpy though. Don't know her name.

They should fire all the front office and start new. Never been treated with such disrespect in my life. Won't be going back to this place again. A little advise to tech's get a better place to work for because the front office people running off your patients! I should of known this place was bad with a 3 pt review. They where suppose to send report to my Doctor never did. Now got to go back there to have them send to Doctor. Who going to pay for my time s
and gas just because they can't do there work right.

Jamie and Desiree were extremely helpful! I very much appreciate their great attitudes and attentiveness! Superb staff!

Very accommodating with my elderly dad. I spoke with 2 different girls on the phone that went out of there way to help him and follow thru with me.

This is the kind of help you wish for when you can’t be there in person. God bless them for all that they did.

Two of the girls at the front desk had words with each other while I was waiting for one of them to check me in. When I was called back up to window 2, one of the 2 girls, was absolutely rude to me. When I asked her a question she was extremely annoyed. When she told me that my bracelets had to come off I explained that they don't come off. She stated well its not our fault if you get hurt or they get broke. The mammogram tech was absolutely professional and very nice. They girls up front need to know without patients they don't have a job.

I had a pleasant experience here! The staff was professional and friendly, and were helpful for my needs.
