5I've been a patient for 4 months and I recommend Dr Kaba. He and Ella are great! My former doctor never took the time to answer questions. I felt rushed but it's not like that with Dr Kaba and Ella. They take the time to explain conditions and answer questions I may have. I don't feel like I'm being talked down to like I felt at my previous dr. The office staff are friendly and professional.
Always treated in a professional manner, from the receptionist, to the medical providers!
The company's website adversities alternative treatment (regenerative) I called both the Longwood (says they do not offer the treatment) and Lake Mary (says they do offer the treatment) office with each one telling me a different story regarding the treatment.
The scheduler/admin "at the Longwood office" hung on me when I asked to speak to someone else to confirm if regenerative treatment was indeed not offered at the location. Very unprofessional and very rude.
I wish I had found Dr. Kaba and his staff so much sooner in my journey. The staff has always been friendly and professional and Dr. Kaba is attentive, responsive and has my best interests in mind. His location in Longwood is much more convenient than travelling downtown.
I see a lot of Dr. ’s - from the time I walk in to the time I leave, I feel that the whole staff cares about my well being. They are professional but friendly and caring. Dr. Kaba is one of the best Dr.s I have been to and will continue to go to, because I know he cares and will do all he can to help me.
