Let me just say, I’ve used the other “big name” pool leak detection guys in the past. And, I can not recommend a more capable company than Caleb and Advanced Leak Detection. Not only does Caleb use more sophisticated equipment, but he is extremely knowledgeable in finding the exact spot of the leak. The other guys have drilled holes in my decking just trying to get lucky finding the leak. Caleb on the hand finds the leak with unnecessary drilling and digging and repairs the leak without issue. He genuinely cares about his work and has even gone above and beyond to source my difficult to find pool tiles and have them shipped from Georgia to complete the job. Not to mention, did not even bill me until the job was 100% complete and I was happy. Did I mention he’s also hundreds of dollars less than the others? This is the guy and the company. You will not be disappointed. 100%
Five stars is not high enough. I was out of town when I called Caleb. He attended to the problem both effectively and economically. This was all accomplished while we were away. He kept us updated with pictures and explanations of what he was doing. Very rarely have I experienced such great personal customer service. It was a pleasure doin business with him.
Excellent job! He was able to make the repair within a few days (as opposed to a few weeks with other companies) and he took his time to thoroughly check everything and comes with a guarantee. He was also very personable. I'd definitely recommend him!
Caleb is exactly what you hope you get when looking for a reputable person to do business with. I would give 6 stars if possible. Genuinely nice man who took the time to explain how things work. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a problem with there pool leaking
Once again Caleb was responsive, set proper expectations, and delivered on his promises. I wish all FL tradespeople possessed Caleb's integrity and work ethic. Can't recommend him enough
