was in town for a practice tournment and broke a transom bolt on my motor, called 20 min before cloing time and Harrison told me to get there and they would get me fixed up, was met immediately and was assured they would get it fixed asap, and that they did. In a time of lackluster customer serevice these guys are top notch, i can not thank them enough for the hospitality.you all are truly the best in the business.

Son has put over $2000 in the boat he and his dad bought. Ran before he took it in for a complete go over. Hasn’t run right since. His dad took it back and they still charged more. Still not running. Not confident to take it in water. Taken advantage of.

(THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE) I took my boat only for an oíl change because it worked perfectly fine and that's when our nightmare started after waiting 2 months with my boat waiting for the there yard they recommended me to do an inspección for $750, in which they said they found a leek in the transmisión which I was surprised because I never seen any fluid in my driveway but they said it was internal (and they said the rest of the boat was perfect) they said they needed to order some parts to seal the transmisión (and that took another month) and I suppose that was enough time to ruin the boat. I paid 1 and a half hour of lavor work so they could try the boat in the lake to make sure everything was OK, then they called to pick up the boat when I picked up the boat right away I took the boat to the lake and the boat started shaking, overheating, it wouldn't run and the engine sounded horrible, I had to get towed out the lake because I thought the boat was going to explode, next day I had to take the boat back to the shop and the next day they said that the gas pump was broken, that the trip taps pump was broken, and that the carburetor was broken too. (I just wanted my boat good and told them to repair it), they took 3 more weeks and after paying $5,200 my boat was still not working, they said they needed to check the boat again and that's when I realized I was getting scammed. It's impossible that the boat broke by itself just sitting in there yard. Resume (DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOAT TO THIS PLACE).

I dropped off my 21’ Maverick for an annual service, to check into my check engine light, look over the boat for any issues I’ve overlooked & I also wanted them to look into why my boat wasn’t starting after it sat for a week.

After six weeks & 4,664.00 I got my boat back. While looking it over I noticed my check engine light was still on & they left my port side trim tab down / seized up after they tested it (they never told me about this and I didn’t notice until I drove an hour to pick up the boat). I also now have an electrical short / bad ground somewhere in my system that I can hear through the speakers when I run anything that draws power. I NEVER had these problems with the port trim tab or the electrical prior to dropping off my
boat.

Communication was not great. The updates on parts I needed, total cost to order parts, andante cost to instal them was terrible. I was not prepared for a $4660.00 bill. On top of that they had to order and wait on parts three separate times because they didn’t look the boat over all at once like they said they were going to when I dropped it off. They fixed everything they claimed was wrong with it one item at a time instead of ordering everything at once.

When I picked up the boat and noticed on the way home my trim tab was stuck down. I drove back and was told by Richard, “I’m sorry, you can leave it here and we will fix it. ” Something that should have been brought to my attention weeks before and I would have agreed to have had them fix it. Not after I drove an hour to pick up my boat that should have been ready to run. But after 6 weeks of BS I was not leaving it again.

I brought in a boat that was working perfectly fine. I spent $4660.00 and picked up a boat that was not working.
