Reply to their response: Perhaps you should check your voicemail system as I called during your regular office hours. I'm not interested in using your services. I left two messages during office hours and they never called back. Guess they don't need the business.

Thourghly disappointed and angered. After 3 years of going here not one nose to tail complete exam, no answers for reoccurring ear infections other than more treating the symptoms and not the problem. Vax pushed. Weight gain in my young athletic dog never addressed regardless of my constant questioning. Ends up my dog has hypothyroidism from prescription food that they kept prescribing has too much fat. The list goes on. I went to a new Vet and in first visit full exam nose to tail, blood work, urine, poo test, ear infections solved and on a fresh diet hopefully reversing the hypothyroidism. Thank goodness I followed my gut intuition and left! Save your dog and your wallet just don't go here.

Love it everyone was so nice they took me in right away my puppy had a fever and gave her fluids and did blood work price is fair my puppy is doing so much better I will definitely take my dogs there thank you so much for taking care of my puppy you guys are awesome

Feels like family. Karen is such a blessing and has a great attitude and treats you like family. I love all staff as they take amazing care of my 2 dogs like their own. 10 stars.

I've been looking for a good and affordable vet for a while. When my kitty ended up in a situation, I called Advanced. They were able to squeeze me into their busy day. Dr. McMahand definitely has a way with animals. My high anxiety kitty was very comfortable with him. The techs are very nice and helpful. Everyone there made it feel like family. The price was appropriate and affordable. I have 3 cats and a dog and this will be our vet in the future.

Diagnosed my dog with cancer, assured me it's a simple procedure & could schedule for the same week.
Only to find out later, the vet was an "intern" & they aren't doing any surgery there! Naturally they charged me for the consult!
So now, I have a dog with cancer & have to pay again IF I can find someone to treat him.
Been going here for years, endless staff changes and the place has PLUMETED, will not return, nor recommend.

Took my newfoundland here. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and were very helpful. Would recommend

Awesome people, extremely reasonable pricing. In my 20 years of having pets this is one of the best Veterinary practices I've ever dealt with.

It was my 1st time here & I will say that everyone was extremely nice to both myself & my cavapoo dog Roxy. I will definitely return in the future. I will also add that they were puntual in keeping the appointment time & present during the time with us, which was also important to me.

First time visit with 2 dogs. Staff was attentive when reasons for visits were.given. The exams were done thoroughly. Advice was clearly given for after care for each dog. Instructions were given for medication to be given to the female and side effects were discussed. The dogs were handled gently. The fee was quite reasonable. Good visit.

The staff is always nice and helpful. The Vet took his time with my dog to get a diagnosis. They helped me only order tests that were necessary at the time. I have been taking my dog there for 12 years.

Great new vet, Dr Mac.hope he stays, he was very thorough for my 2 babies annual check up. Karen @ front desk is a riot and always helpful, the tech girls were great with my babies

The most compassionate vet and staff. The dogs love them which is saying a lot. They go the extra mile. Ten stars!
