Advanced Spinal Care Medical Spa & Massage, Lakeland FL

I was so disappointed yesterday 1/31/2023. As a retired vet and nurse practitioner, I live with a level of severe pain and massages help. I asked for a deep tissue massage, but receive one of the worse massages of my life. There was no pressure and I communicated that with the massage therapist. I also informed the receptionist that I needed a massage therapist that could get really deep, "I mean deep too". I will not be returning. I actually should have gotten up from the table, but I did not want to be rude.

I missed an appointment with these guys because of demands with work and interviews. They called me 4 times in 3 minutes. Never going to visit these people based on that level of harassment.

Update: 5 times in 4 minutes

My daughter gave me a one hour massage here as a birthday gift. Omg! Karen is the best! I will recommend any one to come to Advanced Spinal Care. I will be back! ️️

Dr Brad and his staff are fantastic. He truly cares about his patients and the staff are always in a great mood. Much respect for his support of our first responders and military personnel.

Dr Brad and his staff are the best. I have been utilizing Chiropractic care for over 40 years and Dr Brad is the most precise and thorough Chiropractor I have ever used. He takes the time to fully evaluate your situation each visit. I always leave happy and relaxed.

I have referred at least 5 people here, hands down Dr. Brad is the BEST! He has an AMAZING fun but professional staff. The waiting room is very inviting (dont get to comfortably the wait time is 5 min. Or less) then you go into any one of the many relaxed and tranquil rooms. They are designed like a spa. If you are not a patient of Dr. Brad it's not to late give them a call. You will NOT regret your choice.

Dr. Brad is one of a kind. He is thorough! I appreciate time spent on his initial evaluation and his use of x-rays to rule out any serious issues. He takes time with each vertebrae it seems and because of that I feel great and my spinal alignment is back to normal eliminating my neck and shoulder pain.

All the staff are fabulous! Melissa is awesome and can get you set up. Massage therapists on staff are top notch!

Dr. Brad and his team are top notch! Have been to several other chiropractic operations in the area and none compare to this place! His staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I saw Dr. Bartel after a car accident. He is very knowledgeable and got me feeling back to normal. The staff there is great and informative. Definitely worth checking them out for your chiropractic needs

Dr. Bartel and his staff are incredible. The facilities are exceptional. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I have been to many chiropractors in the past, both here and in New England, and I can honestly say Advanced Spinal Care has provided me with outstanding treatment.

Love this office! Dr. Brad is amazing and really listens to your concerns. I never felt pressured to do any service that I wasn’t comfortable with. He’s not pushy at all and genuinely wants you to feel better. His office staff is also amazing and they treat you like family. If you’re looking for a chiropractor that really listens and wants you to feel better, Dr. Brad and his team is the way to go.

I love being a patient at Advanced Spinal Care. Dr. Bradley Bartel is wonderful. He is kind, and patient. He lets me talk his ear off and never makes me feel rushed. He has really been a blessing in elevating my lowers back pain. His staff is amazing and his facility is beautiful. I highly recommend his chiropractic care.

Love ASC! I have been a patient since 2011. The staff is very professional, caring.and personable. Most importantly the treatment I receive has made me feel so much better. Once a month I come in for a massage and adjustment. Maintenance is so vital to keep me mobil and feeling my best. I highly recommend ASC! So thankful for all they do!
