Great experience at this office, my mom got her glasses here and the doctor was super nice and professional, they helped her choose her glasses and she can see very good now. Thanks for your service.

My grandma was referred by her doctor to get new glasses at this place. The way she was treated is disgusting. My grandma went in and the people working there treated her extremely poorly. She tried on some glasses and when she gave them back, the lady practically smacked it out of her hand. The ladies there gave her attitude and basically (verbally) kicked her out of the store. I do not recommend anyone going there unless you want to be talked to with attitude and kicked out of the place. This is unacceptable and no one, no matter the age, should be treated with such disrespect.

Don't waste your time unless you intend to buy from them. Show up for my appointment and ask to get my PD with my prescription. Optician goes to ask and I'm confronted by a combative manager, Jessica Roman, "we are not required to give you your PD". Gave her an ultimatum, PD with prescription or I walk. She tells me, "OK", as she orders her staff, "give him a refund".

I am extremely happy with my decision to have my contact lenses. THANKS to the doctor and staff I can see clearly now

The employee's at the clinic are not friendly towards you unless you are going to be purchasing a pair of glasses from them. I would not recommend coming here if you are not able to purchase the glasses for them (the cheapest they offer is upwards of $150. If you have an issue with your prescription afterwards, you are pretty much on your own as they will not assist you after you walk out of the clinic.

I do not recommend this place very unprofessional had a girl name Ingrid attend to me in Kendall store and I came to get my glasses adjusted cause they fall of my face and she treated like if was a person that didn’t take care of my glasses and she skipped me to attend to the next customer without finishing with me. Al the girls are unprofessional and rude no matters. Tried to talk to manager they gave me her name Jessica and totally ignore me trying to get some help. I walked out and taking my business elsewhere. I DONT RECOMMEND this place.

I recently had my annual check up and glass prescription done at this location. I absolutely recommend Dr. Adriazola for all your vision care needs. You are going to be in great hands! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I will be recommending her to all my friends and family.

Horrible customer service. I believe that when a patient goes into an office they should be treated with the utmost respect. I am not a patient there but I was there accompanying a friend. And she received the worst attention ever. I will definitely not go there anymore and my friend is planning on finding another vision center.

I've been looking for a place that will accept my daughter's insurance and found this place. Highly recommend. Friendly staff and doctors. From the beginning of the exam to picking my daughter's glasses, we had a great experience. Dr. Adrisola was very thorough and took her time with my daughter. My daughter LOVES her glasses. We will be coming back again.

This place is the worse! Do yourself a favor and stay away from here unless you want to deal with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve been coming here for my son’s eye vision for the past three years unfortunately because i don’t have a choice due to my son using miraflex not all places make them. Every time i have to come to this place is horrible! The staff is rude they make you sit and wait without even asking your name and don’t you dare ask how long they’ll take because if they’re on their cellphones texting you better not disturb them! Hello! They have an attitude they just don’t care fot the client! One time i had to wait three weeks for my son’s glasses and until i went there and made a scene because that’s unacceptable they had to send one of their employees to deliver my son’s glasses to my house! How do these people do business? And they have expanded when they were in a small office it was the same! Where do they get this people that work there that have no simpthy for the client that’s sitting there waiting for ever! Someone needs to do something about this place they over charge they have no manners and the so called “Dr” is invisible you never see him. THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE! Stay away!

I am giving a 5 star review because I had a great experience from start to finish. The place is very clean and nicely. I was greeted with a smile and friendly service by the staff. There was a great selection of glasses and I was able to find a pair that looked perfect on me. I will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family

Thieves! Their Doctor is Fraud. He is never there and they have random girls dress in scrubs pretending to be Practitioners.
