Very thankful my appointment was rescheduled and I had a chance to meet Dr. Goss. Thorough explanation of my options. Very personable made me feel at ease.

I went to the Deltona/Orange City office. Although it is legal for them to refuse to treat a patient who is seeking treatment late in pregnancy it isn’t ethical. Unfortunately, my insurance wasn’t activated until Nov 19th. I made an appointment but there was no availability until the 2nd week in Jan. Then I got Covid so I had to reschedule. I went in today being in almost in my 3rd trimester. I’m not sure exactly how far along I am. They refused to treat me because of their policy. You know it is what it is but ethically this creates the potential to do me harm. Also, why have me come in and take my urine sample? My ex husband had to take off work to help me with the 2 kids we have. I had to use his car because I had to sell mine. The disregard for others was just surprising given their positions. They have no idea how difficult it was for me to even make it today. They didn’t bother to ask me why I was so late coming in where I could have explained this to them, it wasn’t intentional. To me, that shows a lack of human decency, compassion, and care. People will still go here regardless of reviews but if you can go somewhere else I would highly recommend it.
You matter. Don’t be discriminated against because you weren’t fast enough for them to care about your well being.

I was there this morning for two appointments scheduled a month ago at 9: 30 for an ultrasound and 10: 15 for a Dr.visit. I arrived at the office around 9: 20. Technically I arrived at the parking lot at 9: 07 to register online and so I waited to get called to the back then I notice people who checked in after me, were going to the back before me so it was around 9: 50 I walked to the front desk asked the receptionist my appointments at 9: 30 when is it my turn she said OK I was checked in and that they will just call me when they’re ready I waited another 15 minutes and I couldn’t wait any longer my patience were very thin bc I’m thinking they schedule ultrasound appointments on top of my appointments and everyone’s getting called on than me so I left around 1005 I get a call from them 10 minutes later just around the time for my second appointment was supposed to start and so they skip my first appointment to go into my second appointment time. I refused to come back! They Had me waiting there for a long time 45 minutes to be exact without any explanation why I waited there for so long. These receptionists think they are nice but knew why I was waiting this long. I believe I had no ultrasound appointment and if it wasn’t an ultrasound appointment, I should’ve been notified there wasn't! Or my time changed or something I had the right to know! I came home bawling my eyes out nearly having an anxiety attack!

Dr. Parker is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. So incredibly genuine, kind and compassionate. I am so thankful that I found him.

Dr. Mercado is great he really listened to me and answered all my questions. He very knowledgeable and the fact that he came in and I could tell he had actually read my chart and not just skimmed through it was great.

Have been going to advanced women's health since 2010 and I won't go anywhere else. The Drs and nurses are some of the best in the medical field! Highly recommend

Honestly Dr. Parker might be the best doctor I've seen in general. It's easy to feel comfortable and safe around him and you can tell that he actually listens to what you say. He performed my bisalp and was very respectful of my choice to go through with it and I can continue to trust him with my annual visits.

Dr Boulting was great. Took his time.communicated with me and explained everything about my surgery. Def put me at ease and I look forward to speaking again.
