Tim was very helpful in identifying our minor mold issue and described what we could do to eradicate the issue. They actually were called prior to us buying the property by an inspector to fix an issue prior to purchase. Would highly recommend this company for and water/mold issues.

Once again Advanta Clean did an amazing job when we needed them. It was very easy to schedule, they came quick and cleaned our ducts, so we can breath clean air again.

AdvantaClean was hired to clean the air ducts and dryer vent at our home. We had done several renovations since buying the home and needed the ducts cleaned from sheetrock and concrete dust. The team did an excellent.job. They were professional, courteous, responsible and thoughtful. They protected the environment and cleaned up afterwards. They sent us pictures of the before and after so we could see exactly what was done. They were on time and worked diligently to complete the process in a timely fashion. And never heard a complaint even though the ambient temperature was almost 100 degrees. I can't imagine what it was like in the attic! Their cost was less than 2 other companies we had quote the job. Thanks to all the guys. I'll recommend you to anyone who asks.

AdvantaClean did a great job drying out my wall, and removing the mold that was inside it. Matt and Jim both worked very quickly and professionally even over a holiday weekend to help us get rid of this problem. I would recommend them to anyone seeking mold remediation services.

The entire operation of Jim Tanner & his crew at AdvantaClean are unparalleled. I can’t recommend them enough. The exceptional service began with my initial call to the dispatch/office. She took the time, energy and patience to talk me through the next steps after sustaining significant water damage from Hurricane Sally. Jim Tanner arrived to do an estimate and provided us with invaluable information before we ever signed a contract or paid a deposit. They meticulously documented all the moisture, water and damage for our insurance company. His crew (Jay, Matt & Andrew) came in and worked tirelessly to demo, remove, tape off unaffected areas and remediate the damage. They showed up early and stayed late. They left the house so clean after all the chaos. Their reports were detailed, accurate and so helpful. They gave us recommendations to get repair estimates. It really felt like at every step they always went the extra mile. We even had subsequent water intrusion and Jim came out to assess the situation. They really are a top notch operation.

The AdvantaClean 3 man crew showed up at our house right at the time we were told they would be here. They introduced themselves and immediately went to work. The crew leader “Matt” explained what they would be doing and the whole crew exuded professionalism. When the job was finished, crew leader Matt explained in detail what they found and how they accomplished what they came to do. He, Matt had “before” and “after” pictures in an App on his phone, and used the pictures to enhance his explanation of the job accomplishments. My wife and I are very satisfied with our choice of AdvantaClean of the Emerald Coast.

AdvantaClean provided us with great, fast, thorough and professional service. The inspected both the interior and exterior of our condo and drafted a written summary, with photos. Scheduling was easy and fast, and we received a nice follow up call after the duct cleaning so that they could review findings. Great service.

I bought my condo a year ago, and at the time it had a musty smell (the unit was built in 1986), and I don't believe the unit was well cared for. My Realtor suggested that once I removed the carpet and replaced it with laminate flooring, the smell would go away; it didn't. I called AdvantaClean, and they were able to work around my schedule and come out and conduct a thorough cleaning of the ducts. Matt, Andrew, and Railey could not have been any more professional, knowledgeable, and just a real pleasure to work with. After they worked their magic, the musty smell was gone. A big thanks to Matt, Andrew, and especially young Railey, who is relatively new with the company (he's a real keeper). Excellent job! Highly recommend!

Bought a condo and had some mold on a wall by AC duct.they cleaned it fast and completely remediated the situation. Also let the condo stay too hot for too long and had some surface growth. All removed and cleaned the day after notification. AdvantaClean is a great company to have on your team.
