Beware of this place! I will never return here for anything ever again! Never answers phones and when they do they’re super nasty and rude. They lie and say things are being done and they aren’t. Complete waste of time and a ripoff

Their customer service is amazing! They were able to accommodate my request to exactly what I needed! Very good people! If you come to Gainesville FL and need a golf car this is the place to go!

Being a business owner, i don't write reviews when i have a positive experience with a business or product. I save that effort for a business experience like i had with Advantage Golf carts.
Started good, picked up my cart for simple repair work the day I called, called me back the very next day with the repair estimate. Everything was good.
Two weeks later I'm calling to see if the unit is ready. I was told they're waiting on the part to arrive, should be any day and so another week goes by and we're calling again, this time we're told the part is on backorder and they have no idea when it'll be in, blamed it on Covid issues.
What got me is they knew this part was backordered the day they ordered it and never told me. Otherwise I would have gone another way and had no problem covering transport and analysis costs.
The issue is service never kept us advised and never called to explain the situation. When we'd call we were always told they would look into it and call us back- We may have gotten one call back with the Covid excuse.
Kept my unit nearly a month, no repair and then wanted to charge me after all the BS they put us through. I had to demand they return my unit or it would have sat there another week. Complete waste of my time and all of could have been avoided.
If owner or GM reads this review-please contact me and let me detail how your staff handled this at every turn. This review touches on most but you need to know how your staff handled my experience with your business, but then you may not care.

My name is Dave I took my golf cart to somewhere I thought was a professional repair shop. When I dropped it off I had to wait for the shop help to come back from lunch which I thought was strange as a business owner we keep people at the shop until we close. But after that I was ok with it I even was looking to buy 2 more half carts. A few days later they called with a estimate and I told them to fix it. On Thursday morning they called and said it needed more stuff after they wanted me to spend alot more money after I told them to fix it I told them to just get it running on Thursday afternoon they called and said it was fixed I could not make it untill Monday at lunch time and when I showed up it was not put together so I left and called back at 4.15 the same day to see if it was put together and he said yes so I told him I was on my way and he asked If I could be there by 5 i thought that was very rude after they wasted my time earlier I had a hour drive each way. They seem ver Micky mouse. On Tuesday I went to Ocala and bought 2 more golf carts

I purchase two used golf carts from this company. They made a good profit from my purchase, but one of the golf carts (4grand) has not run since we brought it home. They charged me an astronomical fee to pick it up less than a month after purchasing, they fixed it for 450.00 and it still doesn't run. Buyer beware. They will take your money, but their carts are junk.

Wow. Who knew there were so many options! There manager Cathy was very informative and patient with all my questions. I highly recommend this place.
