6Bought some fleet cars in decent condition for awesome price. Young man was very kind and knowledgeable. Great customer service and experience over all. Would recommend!
This place likes to hide fees and there “ready to go” cars are not ready to go. 3/4 of their carts will not move and has to be pushed around to try and find a decent one and the carts looked like they were used to play bumper carts and rolled over. When you try to share information about them on Facebook they will block you so your comments and reviews will not be seen. We drove 2-1/2 hours to buy 2 Carts that they said had plenty of them. Get there and oh we just sold them but we have these for more money just as beat up. Again had to push them around to try and find 2 decent ones. Then oh yeah we have a cc fee too as we was about to pay for them. Chargers sitting outside in weather and no guarantee they work either
Parts department is great. However business practices are ancient. Paid by card and returned next day for them to hit me with a restocking fee that was never listed and posted at point of sale and issued refund by check via snail mail. It’s 2023, no reason to still operate this way.
First time here, Great experience, the parts department is awesome, got the right part first shot.thanks to Danielle, she is very knowledgeable, lots of positive energy.thanks again guys

Wanted to buy a Lithium Battery for my golf cart there, and they charged hundreds of dollars more than the MSRP. After asking for getting regular price, they said no. Took my business to another dealer who charged me MSRP and will never do business with Advantage Golf Carts again.
Beware where you spend your hard earned money when businesses get greedy.
Picked up my cart for service and it was 3 weeks before they even looked at it to give me an estimate and another week before repairs were completed Had they explained this upfront I would not have used them or had them pick up the cart closer to the date of the actual work being done. On top of this when the cart was retuned, not all work was completed.
