Absolutely wonderful! Usually it takes at least 45 mins to an hour for a tow, but these guys were to us so fast that while my partner and I were preparing to lay our seats back and take a nap, they showed up lol the guy who was driving the tow truck was extremely sociable and had great vibes.and stories he loaded my car up so quick and the correct way, and then we conversed all the way from the bank of Tampa off of Hillsborough down Armenia a bit, to Busch and 56th area. So I'd say they definitely deserve a 5 star rating.

On 12/5/22 my car was impounded by Hillsborough County Sheriff. They told me they needed my car as evidence. On 2/22/23 the sheriff told me I could pick up my car, but when I called Advantage Towing they informed me that my car was sold at auction on 1/19/23. I was never notified by Advantage Towing by phone or mail that my car was being sold. They just stole my car basically.

They towed our car after an accident and damaged the left door and mirror that weren’t damaged when they towed the car. We had to file an additional claim with the insurance to get this fixed.

Unreliable information that rapidly changes for no reason. Should not have a contract with the county. Shady.

Stole my reading glasses, my sunglasses and a eif out my bag. He put them in a Manila envelope that had some headlights for my truck in it if you want to check cameras. Owner was very reasonable but my stuff still got stolen and now I have to pay to replace it. Update, my flash light that I keep in my middle console is missing as well but of course they denied everything. Trash. If I could I would give them -5 stars

Very rude people and unreasonable! They charge me $300 for tow! The reason was my registration was expired by 10 days! I park my car the my parking complex. I believe they have a contract with my complex for towing cars.

Worst place to deal with. They left my driver's window down and killed my battery and it flooded my truck. The girl who was the lot attendant called me a liar and challenged me then threatened me with having some guy come and take care of me. This place is the worst.

Was 1400 miles away from home. Was in an accident with a rental car with a baby and left the scene by ambulance. Was told I could go back and get my stuff. They wouldn't tell me the location of the car and wouldn't let me go back. Caused me to be stranded in Florida for several days with my child until I could get the rental company to get my belongings

Towed my car from Bayshore point and ripped off the front part of my bumper. These guys have a license to steal and nobody to put them in check. I was in a legal spot also.

Very unprofessional service. It took 3 hrs for the driver to get to me. After waiting the allotted time frame 1hr and 50 mins the tracking system then said the driver would be an additional 45 mins late. Called the company, and the dispatcher was rude and nonchalant. This place was recommended by my insurance company as part of their roadside assistance. Makes me wonder.

Was given 90 mins, called by the company after being told they would be here in 10 mins. Driver called 30 mins later and stated would be 25mins. 3 hrs later still no tow, driver wouldn't answer, called the company and was given excuse after excuse.the company was a no call no show. Very unprofessional.

Prompt service at a fair price. Can't ask for too much more than that. Highly recommend.

Josh was really professional and helpful in one of a hell day after our car broken in the middle of the I4, we really appreciate your service, it was quick, safe and affordable, I recommend this service 100%, if he is available don' t hesitate to ask for Josh.

This company is a complete scam i used my insurance to pay for roadside assistance they sent out a bogus eta lied to my insurance that they came out and never showed up as i was there the whole just trying to collect scam money what a bunch of creole and the dispatcher is absolutely rude and trashy

Unprofessional 100%, drivers doesn't answer the phone at all. They transported my car today and they took 2 hours to transport it within 18 miles. It is ridiculous that companies like this still operating.

Richard 292 was fantastic. Was on time. He was very helpful, He was such a pleasure to talk to made my day a little less stressful. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a tow.
