Andrea was the person to assist me here at Advenir apartments. Super nice lady took to see the apartment gave such comfort to my nerves being my first time looking. I totally recommend her to anyone considering moving in a similar position as myself because she makes it smoother.

The events the complex throws are so much fun and really help to bring the community together. So far, we’ve had pizza parties, food trucks, fall wreath decorating and even a movie night on the lawn. I appreciate the effort they put into bringing fun to us every other week. Thank you! -Jaida

Must say if your looking for a place to reside with your family look pass these apartment complex. I’ve been here for over five years at first everything was good I had no problems at all. Now I’m having the most problems ever since Sonia became property manager. They only care about money, and mistreating their tenants which is sad to say. Management (Sonia) try’s so hard to wrongfully evict anyone she don’t like. As long as I been here I never got a not on my door about locks being changed until yesterday the same exact day my lease is up. This lady is trying her hardest to wrongfully put negative things on my rental history to make it hard for me to find anything. My apartment was full of water due to the ac unit leaking, I put in a work order 1 week and 2 days ago about it, and a work order last month as well about the refrigerator. Nothing was done because my lease was about to expire so it was ignored. Yesterday they finally did something only because it leaked down to the neighbor’s apartment under me a damaged their belongings. I just don’t understand with all the landlord and tenant laws how anyone can try so hard to break them laws. Anyone who is going through similar situations such as mine should obtain a lawyer and file a landlord retaliation complaint.

I want to thank Mr. Rubén from maintenance, who came to clean the air conditioning and I was really surprised by the good work and professionalism, excellent work and with products that have no smell, special for this type of work, so it was a good experience, thank you very much to Mr. Rubén.

Maintenance is horrible. Hot water always going out. The AC doesn’t gets cold in the rooms. Anytime you call maintenance, the issue is not resolved. Never do they fix anything correctly! Like where the hell did they get their maintenance team? You pay water monthly just to not have hot water. High rent is most def not worth it here

Maintenance is trash. I reported my power being out. It’s been 2 days and still no one came to fix issues. Avoid this apartment complex

I’ve always find it baffling how the staff here try’s so hard to hide behind their fake short and sweet reviews they put themselves, the genuine reviews always being so detailed with every single flaw this complex has that they refuse to fix, the comments how everything here is overpriced which as a someone living here I can one hundred percent confirm how true that is, how which each contract renewal they raise my rent by three hundred dollars, and still it’s funny to see the short reviews they barley put effort in themselves they use to make themselves look better, just like the review before mine.

Edit: these people just keep proving my point, just after I put my review more five star reviews and only respond to mine after they pushed my review far down enough to not be visible to other people.

Good service and the ladies are very friendly and attentive throughout the entire process.

The office staff are friendly and respectful, however that cannot cover the core issues that exist. None of the pools are open or maintained for more than a year. Covid is no longer a valid reason and the summer is hot. There are no access controls or deterrents to outside individuals coming in whenever they feel and dumping on the grounds at various hours. Doesn't feel safe. Will begin to post pics.

I love living at the Condom. Neighbors are quiet and really friendly, no less to mention the incredible work from the Management and Maintain Team.

I rate Ander Soto, he is a good young man, friendly, respectful and humble, hard-working, and the area is very safe to live
