Everything from blood tests to my actual procedure went very smoothly. You don’t need the added stress if things are disorganized! Everybody was very friendly, explained everything that was going to happen, would definitely recommend Advent Health hospitals

They sadly don't care here none of them do alot of malpractice this places away with is sickening and needs shut down or new owners the nurse sitting in the back bashing patients non stop witnessed a the one lady up front joking about having to sit on a kid to hold them down you know how sickening that is? Asked to see my wife in the triage which was completely empty oh there crowded which is a lie asked a second time said im acting rude and threatened to get security which is pathetic when they let some else go back and sit with there spouse I was on crutches due to a foot injury now in my ankle earlier this month and they chose to do absolutley nothing I had a reaction to bees at work had one of the morning nurses looking at my badges ETC saying out right she likes to be noisy sorry but not sorry 90% of this staff needs to be fired worst time I had a light stroke in early 2023 and they did absolutley nothing for it besides ripping my IV out and left me in a room bleeding for a few minutes then let me outta there with my blood pressure so high about to pass out alot of sick employees here that need to be fired.

I had a procedure today done at Adventhealth Dade City location. From signing in at the Front Desk, next to the Information Desk (for Co-payment) then being called by a Nurse, introducing herself, to escort me to my Pre-Op room and inputting all my health info in her computer, and assisting me with gown, socks, hairnet, 3 blankets (it was freezing in the room) but has to be, then entering my room was another Nurse introducing herself, to put in my IV, then the Anesthesiologist, introduced himself with his Assistant and told me step by step what he will be doing, then came my OR male nurse and again introduced himself and explained his part, then came my DR, ENT DR. DERBYSHIRE! Explained everything and made some marks on my left side of neck with his marker for procedure. I don’t remember anything else! My husband was in the room the whole time until they wheeled me to the OR. When it was all over, I remember this lovely Recovery Nurse waking me up tapping my arm so lightly saying my name, Yvonne, Yvonne. I slowly opened my eyes to OR Nurses all around doing their jobs. I stayed there a few minutes, she then slowly helped me get dressed, gave me a breathing machine to blow into and take home to continue with all my in depth directions and paperwork. Can’t forget, any drink I wanted, I chose cranberry lol.my husband came in and she wheeled me to my car. I PRAISE ALL THESE Members, from entering the Hospital to the end of my Procedure (which was a lump on the left side of my neck). They ALL are OUTSTANDING, Friendly, Caring to the END, Kind, Patient HEALTHCARE WORKERS! Please go to Dade City for all your needs! I’m sure you will never be disappointed! As MY ENT DR, DR. DERBYSHIRE IS THE BEST YOU WILL FIND FOR EAR, NOSE AND THROAT!
His offices are in Wesley Chapel and Zephyrhills both so convenient! I CANT THANK HIM ENOUGH FOR DOING MY PROCEDURE! HE IS ONE OF A KIND! He also explained everything to my husband as I was in recovery!
His office staff is also unbeatable!

All the staff is rude the threat like a sack of potato even after my open heart surgery the worst hospital in florida.

I've been to a LOT of emergency rooms, klutz that I am in my 60years so far. MOST in Alachua County (County 01) Florida. But today I had a severe pain/medication issue. I was extremely impressed at this small, rural hospital. It was the most professional ER visit of my entire life! The PA - who I only waited 15 minutes for - quickly assessed the problem and prescribed the much needed pain medication. Staff quickly responded to my needs. Big or small, AdventHealth Dade City is a model for how ALL ERs should be ran - across the nation!

Service was fast and professional. Only a 5 minute wait for walk in lab work and chest x-ray. Very satisfied.

The ER folks were great. Always checking in on me and talking to me directly. It was fast and efficient

The Doctors, nurse, care techs on 2 north and the other caregivers were the best I've ever Encountered at any hospital. They came in on the hour ever hour to check on me see if I needed anything the whole time I was there. One of the care techs came in and I asked she could help me brush my hair she said absolutely and offered to braid it. I said that would be great. Then 2days later she was back to braid it again after my shower that afternoon. Miss Grace was awesome. I really appreciated someone taking that kind of time with me. And oh the compliments I got on my braids. And I made sure they new she done them. The only thing I didn't like and I discussed with dietary was they had food listed on menu but didn't have the food there to serve you. If you don't order dinner rolls to serve the patience they shouldn't be on the menu. Other than that little thing. It was best experience in a hospital. I'd love to thank each and everyone of them from the bottom of my heart for the great care they took of me. Nurses on 2North Erica, Maureen and care tech Ashley and Grace. They were the ones that was there most of my days there.

It was a wonderful experience I was treated like I was the only one there. The only thing that they need to improve the experience would be to stock more crustables! After a 3-day pass and full body cleanse one crustable is just not enough. LOL LOL can't say enough nice things about the experience or the staff five stars and thumbs up.

They are the best in treating the patient from the moment you arrive until you leave. Super attentive. Don't go to Zephyrhills please lousy.

I had a procedure in the AdventHealth Dade City OR and I have to say everyone was absolutely fantastic in the OR. I had incredible care, and though nobody ever wants to be in the Operating Room, I would not hesitate having care there when needed.

Therapist has been great. I am very pleased with the progress that My husband has made. Would recommend Marilyn Fink to anyone looking for a speech therapist.

I had the absolute best surgery experience I could have possibly imagined at AdventHealth Dade City. Every person that I met was so friendly and compassionate. My night nurse, Sheldin, was the most caring, compassionate and friendly nurse I’ve ever met. He truly has a gift. I felt like he treated me as he would treat his own mother. I cannot say enough good things about this hospital and health network. I’m just so pleased. Thank you AdventHealth Dade City!
