Poor customer service. Came here on multiple occasions and and waited over an hour past our scheduled appointment (the office was practically empty, not busy at all) to be called back. If at all possible avoid this office or go to Orlando health.

Posting for my Grandmother here. It was a prison with guards who rarely showed up to help. And repeatedly ignored requests to contact family.
If at all possible find ANYWHERE other than here. I've never heard of such uncaring workers and for them to be so obstinate on contacting family.
The nearby hospital was a godsend and was very helpful when the incident first happened but the second she got transferred to this rehab center was pure hell.
