Met the new doctor, Theodore Brandon, very friendly, professional with a sense of humor! Very caring and I am delighted to having a new doctor relationship!

I had excellent care from everyone. Doctors, nurses, technicians, housekeeping, dietary.
Above and beyond care.

My stay was pleasant. I was on the 5th floor and everyone treated me like a princess. They were at my beckon call when l needed them. The physical therapist were very kind and helpful also. I love Advent Health Hospital. Thank you for the great care. Before that l was on the 3rd floor, a while before that for a different reason, and I was treated just as well then also. Everyone l came in contact with was wonderful. The charge nurse, Barbara, on the 5th floor was very caring about me and came extra times to see me. That was very nice.

Wonderful service to the pts. At Altamonte Hospital nurses are Wonderful and caring about pts, specially I have this wonderful nurse, Mrs. April Gomaga. God bless you all.

If I had any other choice I would have have never gone there. My husband took me fearing for my life. I wish she had made another choice.

Great place and great people. The surgery nurses for after the surgery didn't give me any Information about the surgery and how to take care of the area.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went in to the Emergency Room for a panic attack. Sat in the waiting room for 45min, got an EKG, a chest Xray, and 1 Ativan pill - then the doctor sent me home. Total time, 3hrs. I just got a bill for $9,000. They claimed it was a high severity emergency, however, I walked in on my own two feet, no ambulance - I sat in the waiting room for 45min, not rushed back on a gurney - and I was seen by a doctor for all of 3min, given a pill and then sent home. I will never step foot in this hospital again or any other AdventHealth facility. They should be ashamed of how much they take advantage of people seeking help and putting trust in them. Unless you have money to burn DO NOT GO HERE!

If you must be in the hospital, AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs treats you like royalty. Everyone goes out of their way to ensure you have expert care; always smiling, very professional and round the clock check ups.

It was a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional environment. All of the staff except one lab tech was amazing.

Very good attention everything was excellent in radiology in blood tests to take away the pain but the charm ended until I was discharged no one talked to me they just told me here are your exams and they didn't explain anything to me they just gave me the bill and how much I had to pay that if they explained it well. I was discharged from a nurse and he only told me everything is on the sheets and nothing else has a stone and a cyst in the other, look for a urologist and in the end you are left with enormous anguish
