Decent experience, I got lost finding the parking garage but once I got there it was quick and easy. Front desk was super nice when I called to say I was lost.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Not one person could help or answer my question. I was bounced around between over 10 employees of the hospital. I still have no help and no answers. I’m extremely disappointed in the staffing and care.

Went here for imaging. Nice, new, large facility. Staff for the most part up front is not the most polite. But also issues with communication between radiology techs, front desk, PC drs and the person scheduling the imaging. (Why does this stuff seem to happen so much in the medical community?) (frustrating). Some offices seem to be worse than others. I believe it was the schedulers fault. But could have been caught by others like the advent health office and their techs.

I needed a diagnostic order from my dr to get a 6 month follow up done on breast imaging due to minor but potentially problematic lump. Was instructed by advent health to do an ultrasound and to get order from PC dr. Called my dr and asked for that. Also mentioned to my dr that I am calling and scheduled telehealth appt bc I found a new lump the day before that was painful. Needed to get that checked.
So she did what I assume a dr should know how to do and write the order for me.
I called to schedule based on the order. Gave the info to the scheduler from my drs order. She said she can’t schedule that imaging for ultrasound without a mammogram. I said this is what my dr sent me, please schedule if possible. She said she had to consult someone. She got back on the phone. Scheduled my ultrasound based on the order and said she has to also schedule a mammogram with it. She scheduled. She didn’t say anything else to me (like for example … u need a drs order for a mammogram).
Then the Sat before the appt. I get a call from the tech performing my imaging. She said “[please bring your diagnostic order from your dr]”. I said “[of course I will, yes thanks for the call]”.
I arrive and the front desk and also one of the techs are telling me they cannot proceed bc of how the order is written and bc I don’t have an order for a mammogram. I am pretty confused at this point. And I re explain the whole history and say “okay, so if I needed to get a mammogram AND IF TO PERFORM THAT, needed an order for my dr, to proceed with it and with the ultrasound, (which is really odd to me and kind of confusing…bc it’s like plz just do what the order says at least then we can talk about other testing), shouldn’t someone clearly have said to me……. U need to call ur dr back, and ask for her to get your an order for a mammogram. Or shouldn’t u help sort this in some way. Bc based on what you are having done, you also need this. ” They tried to get me to sign a refusal of a mammogram, I told them no, bc I am not refusing it. And then asked for whatever my dr ordered to please be done today and if other testing is required I will call my dr back to get orders for that.

Jackie, the X-Ray Tech at my appointment, was great! She was very friendly, explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable.

New location, same service. I went for imaging yesterday to the brand new building. Everyone is still friendly and nice. Extremely busy place with convenient hours.
