I’ve came here twice this year and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. All the Doctors and nurses I’ve come into contact with have been great to me and I’ve always gotten into a room fast.

Firstly, the care was excellent from the first moment, the nursing staff are attentive, they treat you with great kindness.

Not so friendly personnel although some of them were nicer than others, they all did the best the could and I felt taken care but they did not listen to my husbands pleas and almost forced him to take tests he did not agree to.the surprising part came with the bill I was there 2 nights for testing and my husband got picked up in early morning, he was waiting for the police report but they never shoved up, he left around 4am, his bill $16.700.and mine $68.000. They sure did charge for everything they could, very confusing as well since many of the test were not done, not needed. One pain pill was. $110 which I actually did not get since I was allergic to it so I sent it back. BE AWARE. Ambulance fairs NOT INCLUDED

Everything was very good during my hospitalization, the only thing was that the doctors had to agree because the specialist gave an order and the general practitioner changed everything, but everything else was excellent.

The staff is very professional and friendly and they assist you at the time of your appointment, you don't have to wait a long time.

Was in emergency room yesterday on 11/17/23 at 730am. The doctor that came in didn't take me seriously n sent me home with pain meds. Was not helpful at all. I went to another hospital in the area n the staff was great. Never again will I go to adventhealth in Kissimmee.

The visit was uneventful! Perfect timing and excellent service! The anesthesia was painful and I had a burning sensation that I had never experienced before, otherwise it was a good experience!

Extremely professional and courteous personnel in addition to being knowledgeable about their profession.

The worst decision I made was to come here…. They are very unprofessional, they kept me waiting for 2 hours for some papers that in the end they told me they couldn't give me with excuses without mentioning the experience I had the day I came with my children. They improved their structure on the outside! It's time to change human warmth to serve people, not heartless robots!

Advent health took very good care of me. The day of my procedure they were very attentive and very caring for my needs, made me fell very calm and welcomed.

Adventist health hospital is excellent. The nurses were all very attentive and kind and explained every step that was going to be done before doing it. The food is tasty and everything is very clean. The floors are shining like mirrors. They kept me comfortable and took good care of me.

10/23 -Had a new order for an Mri and Pet. I am a hard stick for an IV. I let them know and a Supervisor named Paige got it In really quickly. Linda was very kind and attentive in her work on my MRI. Eric in Nuclear Medicine who did the pet scan was a very friendly and patient person. I have had many tests in my lifetime as a cancer survivor and it always makes me nervous. - Bethany one of the supervisors met me in the hall at the beginning and put me at ease while taking me to my scans. She was very kind with a beautiful smile. Very competent and kind people at this location.

4/23 -Very kind and detailed in their department. I wasn’t left in the dark during my X-rays. Destiny took time to explain how I needed to pose. Did not rush me.
She had a question about the order I was given and asked her supervisor for clarity. She came and advised her. She told me she was great and always available to them. Her supervisors name is Bethany.

The Nursing staff were attentive, caring, awesome. The room was large, clean, comfortable single rooms. From superb surgeon to physical therapy team, nursing staff, care coordinator, A-Z Team at Advent hospital Kissimmee are 100% professional and caring. This was my first time staying at Advent hospital and I wouldn't wanna go anywhere else in the future. ***** 5 stars. Advent #1!
