I had a wonderful experience at Advent Health in Lake Placid. The Nursing staff was great. Maria and Felah took such good care of me. Broward always brought my food with a smile and he was amazing. You have great staff. Dr. Cadet was very informative

My grandson dropped a heavy coffee cup on his foot and has a deep open wound to r top foot, and the Dr. Yaritza Arriaga- Oneill and nurse William was absolutely AMAZING to my grandson X-rays and 3 sutures later he did great nothing broken but 3 stitches hes 4 yr old and these 2 did a GREAT JOB on making sure he was comfortable and also took time out to suture his Teddy bear. Thank you so much for all you did for him!

All the people I dealt with in Imaging were caring, professional, courteous, and friendly. I was so pleased that they mailed the report and a CD to two providers via Fed Ex two-day because the order was marked "Stat"". "

Unfortunately I have had to stay in several different hospitals in the last few years but my stay at Lake Placid was the VERY best experience I have had. Every one who took care of me were the most kind & comforting & professional when taking care of me what ever I needed. I wish I could have eaten more because it was the most delicious food. I hope if I ever need another hospital I will always select Lake Placid

I wish the tech had said something to me about my 5 day surgical incision, on the front of my neck, possibly being aggrevated. She could have advised me that the flattening of my breast could pull on the incision, which it did, causing an excruciating burning pain/tearing, at the site, causing me to yell out and have her stop the operation of the machine.

Being my first time at this facility they guided me quickly to the imaging department. Once there they took my information and was done within 20 minutes of entering the building. Everyone was very helpful, kind and willing to make ones visit as quick and comfortable as possible. Nice work Team Advent Lake Placid Imaging.

Nurse is very professional communication skills are very good. 1 out of 10 I give her a 20

The experience was fine. I believe that the physical therapist is doing and showing me things that I can do. I'm doing things that I have to do on my own to get some relief.

Great hospital and especially their therapy unit! Pam and Leigh Ann are great and so appreciate all the ways they have improved my quality of life!

This morning I took my husband to the Er in Lake placid the Nurse that first seen him was totally rude and demeaning. I have to beg him to go to the hospital and for him to be treated so rudely! People Please don't go to Advent health in this area of the state

The worst hospital I brought my two-year-old girl to the emergency room and I had to go to another hospital due to the poor care

Completely different service was provided at home then what was explained to me. Should’ve went with another hospice

This is a great place to go for tests, x-rays. The personnel were all very friendly. I walked in without appointments and was seen very quickly. Results of bloodwork were the same day.

The staff was exceptional - Nurse Richard, Nurse Susan, Respiratory Therapist Tammy - I could go on and on. All of your people make a huge difference.
