At first, Dr. Lee was very understanding about my mysterious seizures and brain activity and took the time to go over things and do tests. But after agreeing to get tested in the hospital, I've been constantly harassed for payments I've already paid through their patient portal and now recently they're asking me for a $2k+ payment for services rendered LAST year that was already paid. No one can give me an answer as to why. Debt collection agency and insurance doesn't even know why either. I may also add that they've charged me three times for just a simple appointment for refills. Very poor communication between me and the insurance company as some things were not filed to them in a timely manner.

Doctor is Awesome so he’s a 5 + star - staff is horrible! They seems like they are in charge! Refuse to give sample meds! Speak as if its theirs!

The doctors are very knowledgeable but the staff is not helpful. The scheduling department refused to speak to me on my husband behalf

He is ordered an in hospital study and was not well -the operator refused to allow me to schedule even when my husband begged her to let him rest and I handle scheduling

The operator proceeded to talk over me and called me a liar when I requested a supervisor, someone who would allow me to schedule

She did not even allow me to transfer to a supervisor. At this time my husband has no way to move forward with testing simply because advent won't allow me to act as a caregiver

Just came in from pouring rain along with another family. The staff could care less about the patients or their families. They don't answer the phone and when they do after multiple calls you get the wrong information.

I had thought this team of proffesionals was going to be a blessing after a Neuro in our hometown basically said he didnt know what else to do.we were admitted to the EMU for 5 days two times with NO idea still of the origion of her seizures.along with the fact I was the only parent and could not leave the room i felt trapped. The worst thing was last visit i was late and frusterated that day due to traffic and my PTSD.i was late amd completely flustered but went upstairs to mame an appearance and rescedule.when i left the social worker and front desk lady called CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES om me making accusations i had left my child in a car my makeup was runny and I was jittery. Well I hooe no one else has any personal issues upon visiting them or they will assume you are bad. Anyhow I was investigated amd my entire life impeded upon drug tested i mean i was put thru hell. Last week I received a letter stating I am CLEAR of any accusations of medical neglect. I am disgusted to the core of these woman who done this and I hope they get better staffing next time around.seems like they could have just asked if i was ok and who was downstairs with my child.or even looked out the Windows lol they would have seen her and my mother out front

The staff is friendly, Dr Lee very knowledgeable and helpful, he listens. Waiting time is a bit longer but it’s worth the wait. I highly recommend Dr Lee and his team.
