1 *** VERY BAD SERVICE ***
I would give them less than 1 star if I could.
I had a 3: 30 appointment on 11/01. I arrived @ 2: 45 to fill out the new patient paperwork. They took me in a waiting room around 3: 15 and told me that the Dr.would be right in. The Dr. Did not come until 5: 02 and apparently did not know how to use the laptop computer and had trouble with it. I did not get out until 5: 30. The Dr.wanted me to get bloodwork done but since it was after working hours (5: 00), I told the lady at the front desk that I would come back the next day to pick up the paperwork for bloodwork. The lady told the Dr.that I would return the next day and not to forget to put in the order.
I returned the next day @ 12: 30 and was told that the Dr.never put in the order and to have a seat. I waited 15 minutes and walked out.
*** I will be changing my PCP immediately ***
