4Dr Leonard is the best doctor I have ever been to and the only one I will go to. She is very attentive and listens to me and my concerns. She is very kind and caring
My initial visit while lackluster, I tried to give them a chance. I told the provider on my initial visit that I had previous glucose values which were elevated. I asked about a HGBA1C, oh no, we will only get that if we need it. Guess what, my glucose was elevated and now I get to go back for another blood draw. The providers don’t listen to what you are saying and are poorly responsive and now I email them about a medical question takes them over a week to respond and when they do (it won’t be a provider just an assistant) they make blanket statements that they just don’t prescribe certain drugs. I won’t be back.
From start to finish I had a great experience for my first visit.
The outside of the building is in great condition with good landscaping.
When you walk inside, the waiting room is spacious and clean.
The wait time was only about 5 or 10 minutes which is amazing! I did come at 8: 30 am though.
The front desk staff were friendly and checked me in quickly and with no issues.
While I was waiting I used the communal restroom and it was well stocked and clean.
The nurse I saw prior to seeing the doctor was nice and very understanding about my anxiety and nervousness.
Dr. Fuentes Delgado came in after an extremely short wait (I think like 2 or 3 minutes) and was well presented and very friendly. He asked me tons of questions and made sure all of my needs were met before walking out the door. I am so happy he is going to be my primary doctor! Thank you Dr. Fuentes Delgado! Edit: Sorry - it's actually Dr. Delgado Fuentes!
Response to last message first of all asked if I was a new patient? Doesn't seem to understand or care? No record of results from my referral he sent me too? Coughing up yellow mucus thick copd, asthma and allergies now in ear infection, they check bp weight look in ears.charge kick you out ridiculous I could have to went to my plumonary.neurology else gyenogolgy for this clearly bronchitis.waste advent health no! Guess will call myplumonary gave me ear drops never even heard my lungs, copd? Who ask are you a new patient who ask your a patient here since 2020
