My physical therapy experience at this facility was not only rewarding because of the great results I had but also because of the wonderful people there employed as physical therapist’s & support staff. They were warm, friendly & caring. I highly recommend them.

Great facility, great staff, and quality results. This was my first time doing physical therapy and they did a great job to explain the process and walk me through all of the exercises that led to my full recovery. Can’t recommend enough and if I ever hurt myself again I will be back!

I worked mostly with Julian and James while going to PT to recover from a spinal fusion. They were absolutely fantastic. Julian is the most knowledgeable physical therapist I have ever worked with. Not only does he really know his profession, he really gets to know you, which is valuable in so many ways while healing. Shout out to Andrea (front desk), for always giving me a laugh on my way out!
The staff here made going to PT enjoyable and I can honestly say I'll miss it.

My mother has gone here for chronic pain and weakness in the body and has received the worst service. My mother actually came crying to the car after her appointment. Because the women that worked with her was cold and had no compassion what so ever, for how my mother was feeling. Basically telling her to stop coming to rehab because my mother works every single day with her pain and sometimes has to cancel her appointments. So she tells her basically therapy isn’t working and that my mother is wasting her time and essentially hers the worker. I am beyond livid and that worker should not be in that work place if she cannot even show the littlest of compassion towards her patients and understanding. But instead of actually doing her job that she is being paid to do to motivate and help my mother with her pain she goes ahead and is ridiculing my mother for missing some appointments instead of actually helping her with her pain! Amanda Huynh is the person that worked with my mother she absolutely needs to be reprimanded and terminated if she can not even do her job correctly.

Was there today 6/22/2023 and had a wonderful therapist team! No better place! Everyone including front desk is so professional and friendly!

They have an administration that is highly incompetent, which is something I have never experienced before in my 11-year struggle with health issues. They have the most inconsiderate policies which they didn't even bother to inform me about. You can cancel only 3 appointments, once you do that, you are no longer eligible for making an appointment in advance. AND it doesn't matter whether you cancel that appointment 24 or 48hrs or a few days prior to the scheduled appointment. I am a chronic patient with serious health issues and they cannot accommodate me though it is their fault that they didn't inform me about their cancellation policy in time. I asked about their cancellation policy on the first day and they told me that I am fine as long as I cancel a few hours before coming to the appointment. I always informed them at least a day before the appointment, following the general 24-48 hrs prior notice rule. Nobody said that you can cancel your appointments three times only and then we will not give you any more appointments in advance.

Physical therapy is usually not easy but if you find yourself needing it one day, please consider this place! The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate and very encouraging. The vibe at this location is positive and fun and each therapist or assistant I worked with pushed me to do the work needed to get stronger and healthier while also being concerned about how I was feeling along the way. What a great staff (front desk included) and if I ever need PT again this will be where I go! Thank you all for everything these past two months!

The staff are Fantastic! They are professional, knowledgeable and truly care. You do the work but they make it fun at the same time! Excellent experience, would highly recommend!

Staff here are very friendly and encouraging. Very knowledgable and personable. The rehab workouts sessions seem to work well and at a low cost. Highly recommend.
